As far as I am concerned school summer holidays should not be shorter. On the contrary, holidays should be longer. The youth rest after the school year and I strongly believe that they deserve it. In this time they can travel all around the world and relax. They do not have to think about school and homework. They can sleep longer in the morning after the party with friends since they do not have to get up early to school. In this time there are a lot of things they can do which are impossible during school term. That is why school summer holidays should be much longer.

I think Physical Education should not be optional because it is important to exercise regulary. If youth do not exercise, they will be overweight. They would be susceptable to disease more often comparing people who exercise. It happens that youth do not want to do it. They are too lazy. Personally, I like exercising on Physical Education. It is good to be in a good condition. I strongly disagree with this topic.

In my opinion cooking and housework should be taught at all schools since primary school. I think it would be very useful, mostly for parents.
For example, they wouldn’t have to get up early to make a sandwich for their children because the children would do this on their own.
Secondly, children would help their parents with making dinner and cleaning, and they would do this much better than normally, because they would be learnt how to do this in the best way.
Finally, children could help their grandparents with housework which is sometimes really important, because grandparents are usually too old and too tired to clean their house.

I definitely disagree with the sentence which says that school summer holiday should be shorter. I’m a student and I think we spend too much time at school learning sometimes useless things. We need to relax, but it’s difficult when we have lots of homework and some extra lessons. That’s why we need the summer break. It’s the time when we can take care about ourselves. During this time we go on camps and some of us work. If this time would be shorter, we couldn’t do all the things we would like to and that would make us upset.

I think that Polish state schools are usually better than private schools. First of all in spite of the fact that at private schools classes are often smaller and teaching level is lawer. This is because majority students who attend it usually has problems with learning on proper behaviour. What is more their parents have to pay quite a high fee.
Moreover, this kind of schools are often single-sex schools and I think studying in a mixed class is more efficient. Firs of all boys and girls thanks to being in the same class learn to co-exist with each other. It's also scientificly proved that boys less violent and agressive when they are in mixed classes. Realising all above disadvantages of private schools I'm happy that I go to a state school.

Cooking and housework should be taught at all schools.
I agree with that opinion. Children often don’t have time to learn and practice cooking because they have a lot of homework, so their parents prepare meals for them.
Secondly, children which don’t have mother, they could learn how to do this things at school.
I think that parents would be happier, when their children could help them with cleaning house or making meals.
Finally, these lessons would be more interesting than boring maths or chemistry.

School summer holidays should be shorter.
I disagree with that opinion. I must learn for 10 months in year so I deserve to 2 months without school and homework. I think that holidays are too short. Students need more time to relax because school is very exhausting and boring. In holidays children can do all crazy things which they want to do with limited possibilities because of homework and exams.

I think that cooking should be taught at school. It's convenient for parents and it will be useful in the future for example at the party. I disagree with housework should be taught at all schools. It is because children should learn housework at home, not at school. I think mums should teach them it, not teachers. I think if children teach it at school they not spend many time at home. They don't have time for anything. I think all schools should let children wear whatever they want, but with moderation. Children shouldn't wear uniforms because they are uncomfortable and wear it hasn't any sense. Children should wear comfortable clothes for them like jeans and T-shirt. Girls shouldn't wear too short T-shirts or mini-skirts and high-heeled shoes. I think they don't have to colour hair. I'm happy in my school we don't have to wear uniforms. Ada S.

I think that all schools should let children wear whatever they want in school because it's important for young people to express themselves. Pupils don't want to be 'one of the crowd', they want to be individualists. Personally, even if it would be a law in my school I won't obey it. Moreover, the uniforms are usually ugly and uncomfortable, so I don't think they're helping with anything.

I think that the cooking and housework in school could be intresting, fun for sure. It should be a personal choice for students. So anyone who wants to know how to iron or wash their own clothes. I know a couple of people in my age or even older who doesn't know how to iron a shirt or make a decent dinner. These lessons could be a chance for them to live normally by themselves, without help from their parents. In addition, it could be a great fun in school, a little break from boring lessons

I absolutely agree that all schools should let children wear whatever they want at school. The uniforms is a terrible mistake. You have to waste your money on something really unnecessary and uncomfortable and be careful to don’t get dirty because you’ve got only two shirts. Unless you buy another one but it’s completely stupidity… Of course you can’t forget about wasting your time on laundering every week nearly at the same time. Otherwise you don’t have any clean clothes to school…

And what about girls which - supposedly - study better without boys in the class? Well, for me it’s looking slightly feminist rather than reflecting reality… I don’t care about statistics as long as life could shows us something different. I could make or find for researches one class only with great, smart boys and another with unintelligent and vulgar girls. Now what? You can find on your way various people - one will be better, one worse… But all of us learn from each other. Honestly I don’t think so that sex makes any difference. It’s just a researchers’ chance.

My opinion on….
-shorter holidays:
I am of opinion that holidays should be shorter. I think that having two months free of school is enough to get bored. It might be great if we have one month of holiday and some time later another month. I reckon that school year should be divided into three terms, so that we have three breaks. We would be more fresh and full of energy to learn.

-physical education:
Should it be optional? I disagree, it should be obligatory. People need to do any sport… it`s necessary to keep fit. That`s really important. If somebody doesn`t play any sport he or she could have problems with health. That one could suffer on muscular atrophy or obesity. As far as I`m concerned fit people are self-confident and brave in theirs life. The main problem is that some students really don`t like P.E. I think if we could choose a discipline we want train it might be good solution.

From my point of view, physical education shouldn’t be optional. The fact of positive influence physical exercises on staying healthy and full of vital energy is undisputed. But PE lessons should be more interesting. I think that good idea is to make possible choose event (e.g. athletics, soccer, basketball or maybe dance) which students wants to focus on lessons and divide classes into group for particular event. It would decrease number of lazy students who don’t exercise, too.

I think that possibility of wearing whatever children want at school is not so good idea. But on the other hand, in my humble opinion uniforms are also bad idea. The most important is to use common sense in making school rules. Student (or pupil) should look tidily at school and that’s all. Prohibiting to wear jewellery or some kind of clothes is stupid unless girls look like a scarlet woman.

I completely agree that all schools should let children wear whatever they want at school. The uniforms are not very comfortable. pupils tell that they hate these uniforms, because usual clothes are about many more comfortable and they better look. According to me people at school don't it want to look identically and
they don't good feel with this thought because every has his style. I'm very pleased, that at my school have not uniforms and anyone can wear how they want.

school summer holidays should be shorter.
I naturally disagree with that opinion! two months this short firmly for rest after harder year of school. Students need more time to party, relax and they want to rest from boring homeworks and tests. of holidays students leave from their family houses on rest and two months this resoluteness too little. I hope that
holidays will be longer because this the best time once it is on new acquaintances.

It’s obvious for me that people should feel comfortable in the place where they study.
I was ‘‘the victim’’ of uniforms and know well that even headteacher’s threats couldn’t stop us from wearing our clothes.
It’s as clear as crystal that no one wants to look like every one. Students want to show their style, express their point of view. If school didn’t let us to wear what we want we would be like toys in warehouse – all the same. I think that part of our life called „wearing” should be our choice, not ‘school’s goverment’s’, so I agree, that schools should let us wear what we want.

I may not be a PE fanatic nevertheless I absolutely disagree with an opinion that it should be optional. Most of young teenagers spend a lot of time on the internet, they know sport only from television, let alone gymnastics which they’ve never heard about. We can see how many of us, young people are overweight or can’t do simple exercises. PE learns us some about our body and keep us healthy. I know that there are days where we unable to train, but it shouldn’t be choice of young people, who probably (not everyone of course) don’t know how those lessons will be important in future

_Private schools are usually better than state schoolS.
It arouses many controversy which kind of school is better. For example, private schools are paid. Professors good teaching. There are less specializations to choose, usually is less pupils in classes. So really student is like a client. Some people believe that students pass exams for them money…
In state school many kind of specializations. Learning is free, most of people studying there. People ,with worst results, have difficulty with getting there. Of course, more is state school than private. Both schools have pluses.
_Physical education should be optionaL
In the first place offering P.E. in schools is vital for children who have neither the time nor the opportunity to do sports elsewhere. Doing sports at school gives pupils excess energy and opportunity to exercise. That helps children to keep fit, give chance to improve their skills. They are healthy. Easier is doing everything. Today most of people ‘like sitting’ and do not any sports.. In my opinion this subject should be obligatory. Pupils don’t lead sedentary life, they are active, full of life, also that influence onto science. Furthermore I think that Physical Education should be after or before other lessons.

I Think that all schools should let children wear whatever they want at school because young people want to have their own style and they don’t want to look like hundreds other students I the school. In schools were kids need to wear uniforms teachers think that if all students will look the same they won’t laugh at other kids, but this is myth because students very seldom laugh at each other cloth

In my opinion Physical Education should by optional because it isn’t good to run around for one hour and then go and write a test or do something else and if someone want to train and do those all thinks which going to make us stronger he should do it at home. Another think is the small after PE, and if someone can’t use shower after the lesson, the smell can by even worst.

In my opinion PE lessons should not be optional. I think that it might lead to grow more “invalid” persons who can not for example play volleyball. I’m not meaning about playing very well, just playing even middling. So I disagree to procedure persons who are giving discharge from PE lessons for all year, and I truly assure that I have seen situations like that. I think that everyone should exercise, and PE teachers should be much more requiring.

Wearing whatever you want in school is not a good idea, but I think wearing the same uniform is worse. I had to wear something like uniform for a year in my last school and it was not comfortable. And for sure it haven’t been pleasure for me. In my opinion, if head teacher wants pupils to wear uniforms, so let it be comfortable and good looking. But in amount I think that it should be enough if pupils, or students would wear modest clothes, because as we know not everyone can afford to wearing only brand-name clothes.
