Topic of the drugs is always very thorny. People often don`t know what it is soft drugs and they think that either drug is very, very noxious. They have little reason. Be on drugs trigger a lot of negative results but it is mostly effects hard drugs. However soft drugs also are unfavorable for people`s health. There is a risk that when someone start be on soft drugs get completely hooked on this and he start be on hard drug. Therefore I have mixed feelings about the legalized soft drug. On the one hand it would loss of control about trade and be on drugs. People wouldn`t restrict yourself to consumption. Taking on drugs for a long time may result in health. Society may suffer on seriously ills, e.g. impaired memory, high anxiety or restlessness. It may be disruptive. It is dangerous also for teenagers. Young people often don`t know how functions drugs. They can hook fast. Theirs ignorance may have negative results. On the other hand could be reversed. People take drug when it is prohibited, because they enjoyed rise against law. Some people say that the forbidden fruit tastes the sweetest. If soft drugs would legalized maybe it isn’t tempting.

Nowadays we can see many people addicted to drugs. Their number is constantly increasing. This is scary. Most addicts start of soft drugs and later take hard drugs. It is also alarming, that many people want to legalize soft drugs. I disagree with them. In my opinion, it is very stupid idea. Why? To begin with, drugs have a negative effects on our health. It destroy our body and can cause a variety of diseases. Besides the use of drugs also has bad effects on our psyche. We can have terrible high anxiety and feel restlessness between successive doses. You have to remember, that drug overdose can lead to death. If addict decides to treatment, he must be prepared for difficulties, because withdrawal symptoms are very annoying. I think that drug addicts not only harm themselves, but also their loved ones, who see how they destroy your life. Some say that if something is prohibited, is more tempting. Maybe this is true, but in y opinion legalization of drugs would be much worse for the people. Anyway I am opposed to take drugs and the more their legalization. This would be a big mistake and destruction for many of us.

In my opinion soft drugs should be legalized. People are against soft drugs, because they don't know that drugs are harmless in small quanties. First off all soft drugs are more less harmful than hard drugs. Another advantage is that if we tax drugs to the treasure state goes miliones of money, so the country's economy has developed.(58)
Apart of this number junkies would decrese. Goverment are controlled sales soft drugs. What is more people fewer reached for hard drugs. Moreover in prison more prisoners have judgments for possession of small amounts of drug. legalization of drugs would reduced number of prisoner. It is not true that the taking soft drugs leads to the use hard drugs. Soft drugs don't cause to addiction.(66)hovewer taking drugs for a long time have a bad results in our live and we must remember that we can die of an overdose, but on the other hand in Canada medical marijuana is used to treat breathing problems. Netherlands can be a perfect example to leagalize soft drugs.(49)Cigarettes and alkohol are legalized, and they have caused death of millions people, and they still are legal. Anyway I support legalization soft drugs, because they are not harmful. majda

Recently people more and more are moving topic about legalization soft drugs. I think there isn't difference between soft and hard drugs, because both types of drugs highly addictive person. Many people will say alcohol, cigarettes or even chocolate can addicted but these addiction don't cause great changes as drugs. Drugs destroy the human body, weaken the immunological system and change the human psyche. For people, who despite the lack of legalizing drugs take them may be a reason for taking more and more. In this way they will stop even more controlling their addiction. I think if soft drugs will be legalized a lot of people will want legally, without being in hiding try to something new. The scale of dependent people increased and would be harder help people, who are trying to fight with addiction on detox therapy. In my opinion the legalization soft drugs will be a first step to more frequent addictions. It would cause loss of human impulses such as sympathizing with the other people, because everyone would be focused only on how to get more drugs. At worst case more succumbed people will be lost to own personality and the ability to rational thinking. After some time, soft drugs will become too weak and people will be looking for something stronger and from hard drugs isn't escape and there is only death.

Drugs have been a problem since the ancient times. People were taking opium, cannabis and other drugs thousands of years ago. Some of them are natural, some have a lighter effect on a man’s body and mind - but should they be legalized?

In my opinion, drugs should not be made legal - even soft drugs, which are commonly known to be used by lots of people around our country, even though they are illegal. Drugs affect one’s brain, sometimes even in an irreversible way. It is easy to get addicted to drugs, and they take a lot of money from one’s wallet. The more you are into taking psychoactive substances, the more you spend on them. And that applies not only to hard drugs, but to the soft and even legal ones, such as alcohol and cigarettes, as well. Why, taking soft drugs can lead a person to a decision to try harder drugs.

All in all, I don’t think there is any sensible reason for making drugs legal. They only give a feeling of pleasure for a short period of time, and it is not worth even trying, given the consequences, and thus should be avoided at all cost.

In my opinion soft drugs should be legalized but pe ople who want to Take them should be under control. For example monthly check up of THC level in the body directed to preventing the addiction. Drugs available only in pharmacies on prescription issued by a special doctor. Sold in therapeutic doses of THC and of course you need to pass the test of addiction before using the drugs. For non-compliance and no attending to research should be very high fines. If these requirements are respected the percentage of junkies should not increase significantly. Polish government will be able to monitor the sale and quality of drugs. Narcotics will be highly taxed so the police will have more maney to fight against illegal crops. At now there is no problem to buy drugs so legalizing them would be a good investment. For example in the Netherlands legalization of drugs was a very good move, even in the promotion of the State. Reduced the number of deaths of people who take drugs of unknown origin. Alcohol as well as narcotics is harmful in large quantities but if you use them wisely they can make you happy. I think cigarettes are more harmful and can only addicted.

In 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs was signed. 116 substances became illegal. We called them Narcotics. is this policy correct?? I don't think so. Many people became dependent adicted. We can not help them, becouse they have some drugs with them. they went to the prison not to the special therapists.
The other reason, why i think soft and other types of drugs sould be legal is that, dealers mostly add some very unhelfy additives, which can increas the danger of the using them. I think, that state control on selling this substances can make this narcotics much less dangerous.
On the other side, thers a huge system to find and eliminate drugs from the market. police waste millions dollars on searching. We could you this money for helping addicted. If we would also sell them officialy, goverment would get some extra money for some programs.
I think, that drugs should be legal, becouse it is much cheapper and healthier for adicted.

In my opinion drugs legalization is very bad idea. Drugs were forbitten for ages and why we should make it legal now? All this time and money spend on anti-drugs programs will be throwed away. Do we want to destroy this what our fathers and grandfathers was working for ? no. Thats why I dont want to make drugs legal. Here is few of my aguments.
First of all, dugs are wery dangerous. People can take them too much and have serious health problems even causing death. Drugs are destroying ourselfs from inside. As a exemple I would use celebrities. After couple of months we will be able to hear about kids on drugs. The drugs they are very expensive and kids will begin steal money or voluables for drugs if they get addicted to them. Alcohol and cigarettes there are legalne and people off all age addicted to of " drugs " and they illg cancer and the consequence of death. To sum up, overuse drugs, alcohol, cigarettes is bad ideas. First there isn't following categories soft drugs and hard drugs. This is a myth. People like taboo, when something is illegal is desirable, good and funny. But they don't think about health. Okey cannabis is good for our health and marijuana is treated as an illegal drug in many countries, but some countries allow it to be used as medicine when people have certain medical conditions. Only this drug should be legalized, because can help. Other drugs aren't good for us. First addicted people and dangerous for health. In opposite site we have police statistic which say about effectiveness. When they catch someone with a small portion of drugs they increase statistic captured. This is the largest lie, because they only arrest taking drugs not producers or mafia boss. And when country wanted to legalize drugs they choose the best way to reduction our liabilities. When we see possession people of mafia we are surprised. Probably one day in grey market addicted spent 1 million PLN, so it's easy way to make money. If they legalize drugs our country will be more interesting to visit, so we earn money of visitors. So legalized drugs it's not bad idea and very profitable. Piotr Kucharski IIID

We hear more and more news about drugs and their legalization. Some politicians wanted to make soft drugs legal but their words started serious war between supporters and opponents. Everybody know, that drugs are very harmful, they can cause serious problem with health and even death. But many people think that hard and soft drugs are the same thing and they cause the same problems. It is not true. Soft drugs are much less harmful than hard drugs and they are not addictive or little. Many studies show that alcohol is more addictive than soft drugs, but paradoxically alcohol is legal in Poland. Cigarettes are in the same situation. Why? Why Polish government prohibits taking soft drugs but allow us to drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes? I think, that soft drugs should be legalized because they are not harmful and in some cases are used as medicine. In my opinion that decision of polish government shouldn't increase number of addict because I know, that people who want to take drugs always find them. Independent of prohibition or legalization. In Netherlands drugs have been legal for many years, although only for own use. 2 weeks of last summer I spend in some city in Netherlands. One day I drove to Amsterdam and in the center of the city I saw a lot of "Coffe Shops" (Shops where people sell drugs) and in this shops I did't see a lot of Dutch, only tourists, mostly from Poland. It may show, that legalization of soft drugs aren't be a bad idea and it isn't increases addict people. I think this may improve situation in Poland, because people who now taking drugs, will be able to taki this drugs from a reliable source. Kamil Golec

Drugs are mind-expanding substances, which have an impact on us nervous system. Many people find that them are reason to death. Predominantly they don;t know which they have division. Some of drugs have harmful debt to out behaviour, but are also these, which does not detract from the organism. Soft drugs don't be so habit-forming as hard stuff and they are affecting slower. Although these drugs heve only positive, like (well-being, absence of nedd food and sleep), no one talk about effect. Many years ago drugs have served as means, which was element pharmaceutical. By then people don't know, how they can function. Since they are banned youth and adult taste "forbidden food". In the beginning we use soft drugs, but in the course of time we want somenthing, what have stronger action and many people strive for anything else what lead this to addiction. Each of us has a weak or strong organism and drugs can have different influence on our health and we will know how we will react. Countries like Belgium, Uruguay, Holland and Switzerland legalized soft drugs and Poland in one of the few county in Europe where they are forbidden. i think that Poland never legalize soft drugs because we think prospectively and we know that habit come suddenly.

In the case of soft drugs for instance marihuana we have to ask very important question. Can we call something “the lesser evil” ? When we start to get soft drugs, we are thinking that it is good, it may help to us and it wouldn’t influence badly to us. Get drugs will probably permanently change the way you thought. Addiction occurs suddenly. You don’t expect when you will be addicted and lost you money. Soft drugs would be converted to hard drugs. According to me unacceptable is say that soft drugs are less threatening. Narcotics shouldn’t be legalized. It is a big problems in our world. I can’t imagine that in Poland soft drugs will legal. Of course exempt from taxes on the sale of narcotics may change a little bit economy our country.

I think that the soft drugs shouldn't be legalized, because it still agents bad influence on the psyche. Despite any rumors that drugs can treated in my opinion always have a bad effect on people. For example, there are many messages that marijuana is a healing, but research also shows the marijuana causes schizophrenia. Even a soft drug addicted. If drugs are widely available, young people easily get addicted. We can't be certain that people will use them with head and they don't hurt yourself. Perhaps drugs may have less negative impact on the body than alcohol and cigarettes, but action alcohol and cigarettes we're knowing, however action drugs we aren't able to predict. If something is widely available no one has control over this. Although, soft drugs are available, if someone wants to will get it. However, possession of drugs is always stressful and dangerous,
and this convinces some extent young people to give up drugs. If the drugs would be legalized, may would have a bad effect on society. For illegal things is more difficult access, which results in less abuse among young people. So in my view legalization of soft drugs would have a very bad impact on society and would led to demoralization and many addictions.

In my opinion sofr drugs should be legalized. Of course drugs can addict people who take them. But there are many things that people can become addicted f.ex. cigaretts, alkohol, coffee, even internet or sweets. Each of them is in excess bad for our life and health. If people consume this products in moderation, there will avoid negative effects. I think that everyone should have possibilities to decide what want to do in own life. Even now when soft drugs are illegal, many people take them. I think mamy young people decide to take drugs, because they want to show their friends that they can do something illegal. If soft drugs, which these young people take, are leggal, there will be less people who will buy it. In addition, there are many countries, where soft drugs are legall. In these countries decreased number of death afted taking the drugs. Legall soft drugs will be texed and sell only in special shops or pharmacies.
Thanks to the decision to legalize soft drugs there would be less dealers, because many dealers sell only soft drugs. Money from sale of government could be used for the fight against drugs gangs, which sell heavy drugs.

Should soft drugs be legalized?

In my opinion the legalization of soft drugs would be that the state would treat drug addicts as patients, not as criminals. The State acquires a legalized drug control over their production and sales, which significantly reduce the black market and the activities of the mafia and dealers. Legalization may have a positive impact on the economics: manufacturers would pay taxes, and addicts not be sitting in prison. The main reason in favor of keeping drugs illegal is the concern of people's health, as they lead to addiction, many diseases and disturbances, including death but cigarettes, certain medications and alcohol are widely available, and they have caused death of millions people, and they still are legal. There are views claiming that if we can decide whether we want to get addicted to drinking or smoking, why cannot we choose to become drug addicts? It is obvious, that drugs are very harmful, they can cause serious problem with health and even death. Unfortunately, a great number of people think that hard and soft drugs are the same thing and they cause the same problems. It is untruth. Soft drugs do not cause as many harmful effects as hard drugs and they are not addictive or little. Anyway I support legalization soft drugs because it can bring many benefits to society and addicted

Every day I can see many people addicted to drugs. This is scary, that many people nowadays have some addiction. In these times drugs is very popular and readily available. In my opinion soft drugs should by legalized.
Cigarettes and alcohol is legalized, but every yeras kills thousands people. That is why soft drugs for example marihuana is not be legalized ? People worldwide smokes marihuana every day. It exists for ages. The marijuana is also a medicine. Is many countries marihuana is legalized and it is bringing killings. Nobody still never died from the burning ganji. For many persons marihuana is opening a mind. I know that it is not very healthy, when person is abusing, but everyone knows it own mind. In poland marihuana is not be legalized, but still the majority is burning her. Our state is spending huge money on the fight from soft drugs, yet will never manage to win. In my opionion our state must be legalized soft drugs if wish way outs of the crisis.
I think, that in the moment when marihuana will be legalized much they had a smaller access in order to to her children. To soft drugs we can rank cigarettes, alcohol, coffee and sweets. Everyone has weaknesses for something, but in aur state we have a democracy and each of us should decide alone for himself.
