This film makes us aware that before we buy something and eat it is worth thinking about what we eat. In the film, we have interviews with experienced doctors, nutrition experts who have published hundreds of studies on the effects of plant-based diets on health. During the video, we learn new facts, after which we have the opportunity to decide what to do with it. It depends on us whether we decide to change our habits or not. W.K. 2b

"What The Health" is advertised as "a health film that health organizations do not want you to watch", the film focuses on Kip Andersen, who interviews doctors and others, stating that health problems are a consequence of consuming products Andersen is also trying to contact representatives of leading health organizations, but is not satisfied with their responses and is talking to others to explore the relationship between the meat, dairy, pharmaceutical and various medical organizations. The film met with severe criticism because it says that eggs considered by everyone as healthy food turn out to be as bad as cigarettes for the body, etc. In my opinion, first of all, it shows the mechanism of operation of such "trusted" organizations as various Societies of Nutrition, Cardiology, etc. The scale is shocking even for someone who has a little idea about how the State works and how it defends the interests of global players, e.g. meat producers. As always the best there is diversity and moderation in everything. However, he wants to check the information from this movie about the fact that after eating meat, intestinal bacteria process creatine from meat to trimethylamine, which oxidized is raesponsible for all evil according to the authors. However, you need to be able to distinguish certain facts from bad information beacouse this film is directed to the American Market and not everything concerns our country. It presents a lot of shocking data about meat. Taking everything seriously is also not the best solution, but it's worth having some awareness about food. People take responsibility for their own decisions, so they have the right to do it or not. W.K 2b
„What the Health” is a 2017 „documentary” movie. The „What the Health” director,
Kip Andersen directed the film depicting one of the „possibly the largest health secret of our time and the collusion between industry and health organizations keeping this information from us”.
The film is based on… half-trues. That movie promotes vegan diet, bringing lots of points saying meet consumption is harmful. And sadly, these points aren’t always true.
„What the Health” say that dairy cause cancer. The author of movie mentions that dairy consumption may increase the risk of different cancers. The biggest researches claim that dairy consumption negatively correlated with developing breasts cancer or lung cancer, but developing prostate cancer may increase for dairy consumption.
That movie said about bad hormones in milk for example there is a growth hormone but according scientist that hormone don't matter for human.
„What the Health” sad that eating one egg is equally harmfull to our predicted lifetime as smoking 5 cigarettes. But it is not a true information. It is based on old and invalid research.
To conclude, if you have not seen „What the Health” yet, you shouldn’t certainly do.
I do not deny vegetarian diet but that film isn’t objective.

"What The Health" is film that aims to make us aware what we eat. There are interviews with specialists who say what the consequences are of eating different meals. They think that eating meat can cause the cancer or eggs are as unhealthy as 5 cigarretes. Of course, we should check what we eat but not believe everything what they tell us.
Many foods have chemicals, even in fruits and vegetables. But we can't forget what this film is American and not everything concerns our country. We should start paying more attention to food composition but not be paranoid. I think that all the information contained in the film should not be taken literally. Let everyone decide if the film is true or not. If someone want to be on a vegan diet that is promoted in a movie it is good and also if someone doesn't want it is okay. If you haven't seen this movie yet, check it and decide for yourself what you want to do with your diet.

Welcome,
I'm here because of homework but it's not the case ,I'm going to take you on the trip about that film that name is "What the Health".
My first point that can be intresting is that how on the film is shown that the meat is bad for our body and even research says our jaw is not for eating meat but for eating vegan food!
On the secound point I can say that on the film is shown how everything is advertisement and you can't trust what is shown on TV, some of that "health companies" had "healthy diet" but after some research
we can see that they have sponsorship with companies like KFC, McDonalds and other that have large scale meat factories and as you can see we are lied about even that.
My third and last point is that the film warnings us to notice what we eat ,because of chance of getting cancer and yes you read that currently if you eat that junk food in large amounts you have chance
of getting cancer, even in small amounts it's can be dangerous to you!
If you want know more about it just watch "What the Health" and there will be more specified informations about it. Thanks for reading!

WHAT THE HEALTH
There is a sensational documentary out on Netflix that seems to have a lot of people talking about going vegan. Film “What The Health” promises us there is one healthy way to eat and that we should cutting all animal products from our diet. In this productions are a lot of things about eating,
but it is not going to solve our problems with diets. There are messages like “drinking milk causes cancer” or “eating eggs is as bad as smoking cigarettes” and it is not good. It show us that if we eat more fruits and vegetables or less meat and dairy we are going to be more healthy. This documentary made it feel like everyone who eats meat or dairy would die of cancer, heart disease and diabetes. In my opinion this documentary came across as too extreme and propaganda like for it to be applicable for anyone that is not a vegan. This makes us that we live in world and nothing is good for us and all we eat or drink kill us. I think this documentary film is too extreme for people, who don’t interested to be a vegan, and it’s cause that we can be afraid to live in this world.

"What the Health" is a 2017 documentary film on Netflix. It is a surprising and unusual movie.
The film explores the effects of dairy and meat on human health. It's based on a survey, interviews with outstanding doctors and nutrition experts. This film shows new, shocking facts about food. I think this film is bery clever and necessary. It seems to me people after watching this movie will have mixed feelings. Maybe they will start thinking about what they eat. "What the Health" shows how healthly is a vegetable diet. There are many healthly solution and vegetable subsitutes for meat and dairly products.
I like this film very much and it gave me a lot to thinking. I recommend it to everyone.
