1.Staying in touch with friends was easier a year ago. These days meeting someone can be dangerous for us. My way to communicate with friends is through social media such as Messenger or Instagram. Sometimes we also meet on the outside.
2.I think I would be very surprised. I would open it for sure. However, I would be careful to not wreck it. If it would turn out to be something old or precious I would give it to a museum or sell it.
3.Yes, I think online friends are as important as those in real life. In my opinion, the thing that makes people friends is creating a special bond. It doesn’t matter if I can hang out with a friend outside or just through social media. The most important thing is to understand each other and have similar interests
4.I think the best way is to calm yourself and try to put yourself in somebody’s else shoes. It is significantly important to understand the other person’s view to ending an argument with an agreement. Also, you need to prioritize if winning an argument is more crucial than a good relation with your friend.
5. It depends on my mood and my needs. Although some things always make me feel good. For example, making my dreams come true or relax after a rough day. Also small things as a warm cup of tea during cold winter or listing to a favorite song.
6.When I am upset I try to relax as much as I can. I always eat my favorite dish, watch some old episodes of my favorite show. If I can’t do that, even a hug or some pleasant words can brighten up my day. Sometimes I try to distract myself by doing some extra work or meet with some friends.

[1] Nowadays there are a lot of ways for staying in touch with friends or family, like sending messages by communicator, calling to someone by phone or meeting in person. Personally I use a few of these ways.
Until now, I used to stay in touch with my friends and family by meeting with them. Due pandemic I and I think many people lost touch with majority of my friends because of restrictions. Now to stay in touch with them I use social media like Messenger or Snapchat. It’s easy to use them, because of, I think, their simplicity. You just turn them on, choose a friend and type a message. When I have some time, I meet with my friends or family in person, but now because of online school, I don’t have much time for them, so using social media is the only and the best way to stay in touch with them.
[2] When I would find a message in a bottle, I would open it and read that message (if it would be in language which I know, if it would not, I would translate it into familiar language). Then I would try to find a person, who wrote that message. I think it would be the best way to do something with it.
[3] In my opinion, online friends basically aren’t real friends. I think that we should be prudent in establishing relations by the Internet. We don’t really know person with which we’re chatting – maybe it’s not her, but someone older or younger, or someone who has different personality.
I believe that people can’t consider online friends as real friends, because basically they don’t know them. In fact, people would meet with people who are their online friends, but it isn’t the same as meeting real friends. Principal problem is distance between online friends, which is the most important aspect for me. When friend lives far away, people can’t see each other a few times a week, which is very important in building a friendship, because by doing this people can know each other better.
[4] Sometimes when friends disagree with each other, their conversation can become an argument.
First of all, you should calm down. It’s not that easy, but in my opinion it’s the best you can do.
When you’re calm, try to explain your friend what’s on your mind – when you explain someone your thoughts, it’s gets easier in solving a problem. Then you can listen your friend and say your opinion. You can say it in neutral way, like “I think that’s not true” or “I disagree with it”, which can’t be taken as an attack. When you see that an argument goes wrong, you can end it with agreement – in fact that’s the best you can do.
[5] One of the best ways to feel good is in my opinion listening favorite songs. Researchers demonstrated that listening to music can mitigate level of stress. Also music (especially your favorite) can kick level of endorphin, what in result makes people feel good.
Other ways to feel good is reading a book, watching favorite TV show or movie and enjoying your hobby.
My way to feel good is listening music and enjoying hobby – embroidering. It’s calming and enjoyable – in result I can enjoy my work and feel well.
[6] When I’m upset, I can’t focus on everything around me. I can’t cheer myself up, because it doesn’t help me. Mostly I lay in my bed, drink coffee and watch sitcoms. Also I call to my friend and we have a little conversation. Often I tell her how I feel and what happened, because I have a feeling that only she understands me as well as I understand her.
As I said, I can’t cheer myself up, but previously enumerated ways helps me the best.

1. Stay in touch with friends is easier in internet and social media like Messenger, Snapchat or Instagram. Since last year we all must stay in touch over the internet. I'm in touch with my friends all the time in internet but we meet face to face to. With one of my friend I meet everyday because we training MMA together and we have trainings five times a week. With the rest of my best friends I meet ones a week or two weeks. So though pandemic I meet my friends and stay in touch face to face too.

2.If I found a message in bottle I think I will open this at first. Then I think I will call to my best friend to read this message together.

3.Sometimes I consider my online friends as real friends. It depends of person and situation. My best friend I met in internet because she text me on TikTok. When we saw we lives in the same town we decided to meet in real life and now we meet everyday on trainings and spend all weekends together.

4.I think the best way to end argument with friend is try to tell them we both are right or suggest some activity we can do in this moment to forget about that.

5. I think one of things make me fell right are MMA trainings. On training I can let off steam. If I'm sad, irritate or nervous I can get sparring match and let steam off. When I'm for example tired training help me too because come to life and I'm happy of that I do good work out.

6. When I'm upset I like cooking or listening to music and also above work out.

1.These times are rough to stay in touch with others. Me and my friends trying to communicate as often as possible online. We usually use apps like Messenger. When there is an occasion, we going outside in our free time.

2.Firstly, I would try to open the bottle. If this message would be in the language that I know- I'll read it. It depends on what this message is about, so I'm not sure what I'd do next. Probably, I would show this to my friend.

3.Depends, if they are pretty close to me- sure. When I know some people well, it's doesn't matter if they are my real-life friend or online ones. I believe we can meet amazing people on the Internet. Then for me, online friends can be very important.

4.The best way is obviously to make up with them. Arguing is never something positive. If we're fighting with a friend, we should care about them and try to fix everything that went wrong. Probably, the best way is not to fight- people should talk about problems calmly, so we all can avoid unnecessary conflicts.

5.My alone time. When I spend my time alone in my house and there is only silence around me- I feel peaceable. This is a time when I can easily reflect. So, my alone time matters to me a lot.

6.I think about what made me upset and analyze it. I try to figure out some solutions. When I'll find a way to solve it, I feel much better. In another way, I may be looking for positive aspects to simply cheer myself up.

8. 1. Before the pandemic staying in touch with my best friends was a lot of easier. Every day we could saw each other but now we have only social media to us dispositions. Apps like Messenger or Instagram make way to easy communication. With few restrictions we can also met outside.
2. If I found a message in a bottle, I would open it and try to read. I would be very careful not to damage the bottle. If the message was addressed to someone, I would try to determine who it was. But I think eventually I would have thrown him back into the sea.
3. I always focused on my friends from real life. Real and special bond, in my opinion, we can create only by close relation with meeting face to face. People from the online contact do not have to said the truth, even if the contact last for a few years. This is the reason why i prefer contact with people from my habitat.
4. I think the most important during the argument is to stay calm. It gives possibility to rational thinking, what is the key in an argument. A well-crafted argument allows to approval your think and end an argument. The violent words can only fuel the power of conversation and cause anger.
5. The conversation with my close friend always makes me feel good. Especially now, during the pandemic. When us contact is in worse conditions because we can not met face to face. But new apps gives the possibility to stay in touch, despite sharing kilometres. I think good word from someone who we love always can gives a little bit happiness.
6. When i am upset for relax i always listen to music. It is the most helpful form for me to get rest. It allows me to gather up all my feeling or thinking. A good book or spending time with my dog also makes me feel better.

8.1. I often message my friends or i play with them. When it comes to my best friends sometimes we meet, in this time i have more time for them. unfortunately one of my friends doesn't have time and i think that she doesn't want to keep in touch. I might be wrong because she has many problems. She will have a baby soon and i know we will lose contact for longer time.
2. If i'noticed it i would pass indifferently or throw it in to the garbage. I think is not my business and i don't have time for such things. Especially if it's from sea because you never know when did it come from.
3. Definitely yes because i have many really good friends online. I spend with them more time than real friend. Many of them really helped me survive my first year in high school where many people ignored me. My friends online are open and honest.
4. I try and find the best possible solution for the problem. When there is no good solution i just try to calm them down and talk it over with them. When it comes to arguing with my boyfriend i just agree with him because he is always right.

1.Since last year, I have stayed in touch with my friends by communicating with them online. We often text or video call so that we can see each other's faces. Sometimes, usually on weekends, we would go outside for a walk, but it doesn’t happen often.
2.I would attempt to open it and if it would work, I would read the message and then put it back and close it again, so that it looks untouched. If it would be something important I would try to find the one who wrote it and put it inside the bottle and attempt to communicate with them.
3.I used to have a couple of online friends through the years. None of them remained long-term, but we did exchange messages for some time. From my experience, those weren't real friends though, as we would constantly lose contact or they've lied to me about the private things that they didn't need to share in the first place, but I think that it is possible to maintain a real friendship online. In my opinion, it depends on the person that you come across, not that the relation was established via the internet. But it's also easy to fake your whole identity, even as far as faking pictures or stealing them from others and so I wouldn't trust these people so much.
4. I think that the best way to end an argument is to come to an agreement or calm down and rethink everything again, understand the other persons' point of view, and then decide who is wrong and who is right.
5.What makes me feel good depends on the day, but usually, it's listening to music or relaxing, maybe spending time online and watching videos.
6. Listening to my favorite songs cheers me up, also watching funny videos or photos I find on the internet. If my friend is not busy, I like talking to her about the past and funny things that happened back in the day.

1.I stay in touch with my friends mostly by using apps like Messenger. It is not only used by me to write with them about everyday things but also to agree on our common meetings in real world which are almost always on weekends. Not to write but to talk with ourselves we use Discord.
Online communication is really important, particulary in lockdown time because we can’t see each other as directly and often as we could in the past so it is now main way of staying in touch with anybody.

2.If I found a message in a bottle I would be surprised.Of course I would read it all or if it wasn’t in my language I would translate it and then read. That would be great when I find in a message personal data of author like name and surname or adress. If I get information like this I will send it to this person or contact with him/her.

3.I don’t consider online friends as real friends. The reason why I think like that is simple fact that I have never met this person face to face, haven’t done some things together and just haven’t made a real bond like with your friend for example from school.I’m not saying that these online friends can’t be nice and cool be but I more appreciate normal friends in real world. It is just completely other relation between me and my normal friend and between me and online friend.

4.The best way to end argument is to talk honestly about situation with your friend, put bad emotions away and stay calm. This way sooner or later you will find solution to end this.
If you offended this friend you should just apologise him/her for doing this.
On the other hand you can’t be too soft but it depends on situation in which you are. If you see you are right in argument then you should try to prove this to opponent, moreover prove him that he is in the wrong.

5.Many things put me in a good mood. For example it can be well done work, meeting with friends, tasty meal, nice weather, got to know something new and interesting. As we can see that simple things are making me days and despite their simplicity they are very important.Just imagine how it would be sad without them.

6.In most cases I search for something funny like memes or videos.Sometimes I eat snacks which I like and play video games. The other method is listening to music and singing songs but of course when I’m alone at home.

1.I keep in touch with my friends in many ways. Mainly those are meetings, chatting or talking by online communicators. Unfortunately, we don't see each other too often face to face, so we look for every opportunity to meet. In the week most of us have extra lessons or trainings so we dont have much time.

2.At the beginning I would check if the addressee is not visible through the glass of the bottle.I would try to read what is written in it. I would be quite concerned about the situation and try to find some addressee's details to deliver his message. It would definitely be a great experience.

3.If i seen them in real life i think yes. If we have nothing common but gameplay, I don't take it seriously. Ofcourse if we have good contact, mutual interests and known each other for long time i think yes. We can meet fantastic people by internet.

4.If you were the one responsible for the argument, you should apologize. If you are accountable talk honest with friend, apologize and try come to terms.
I think life is too short to argue and it is useless to be offended.

5. Many things make me happy and in a good mood. Mainly this is family and my friends, also succesfull training or great mark in school. I am also in a good mood when listening to music. Learining new skills is also the think that make me happy.

6. I am trying to analyze what has put me in a bad state and im trying to find way to fix it. Training helps me get out of my bad mood a lot especially with friends and good music. It also helps me a lot to talk to my loved ones.

1. Because of the pandemic I can’t see my friends face to face. But when the coronavirus didn’t even exist I used social media to stay in touch with people I know. In the situation we have now, they are really useful. I can easily connect with my friends by chatting them and sending them some photos or videos. When it comes to my family, for example my grandmothers, I often call them . I want to stay in touch with them to show them that I miss them and I want to check if everything’s alright.
2. Finding a message in a bottle would be a very interesting experience for me. I probably would start to wonder who left that message and who it was for. I would tell my friends about my discovery. I think they’ll be as interested in this as me. If it was very old message I would probably give it to the museum.
3. To be honest I don’t really like meeting people in the Internet. Even If I know somebody I’m not considering it as a real friendship. I prefer getting to know someone face to face. That relation then could be more real, because in the internet we’re not always being the same as in reality.
4. In my opinion the best way to end up an argument with a friend is to write one last message and then say goodbye. I don’t want to say one word too much. I prefer to calm down and think about what was the argument about and what we’ve said. Then, if everything feels normal again, I can text back my friend.
5. I love people and being surrounded by them, but I really enjoy spending time alone. I like watching some videos or movies in that time. I often read a book and then I don’t like when someone disturbs me. I also draw or paint something with music in the background. I’m very often singing and practicing songs. There’s always so much to do and because of that I rarely get bored spending time on my own.
6. When I’m upset it’s really hard to cheer myself up. Then I usually don’t have energy to be optimistic, but I’m still trying. I like to think about funny or sweet stuff. I also like watching comedies just to not think about sadness. I also go outside to play with my dog, because she always cheers me up. These things often help me get rid of being sad and I can go back to normal.

1. To stay in touch with my friends i use 3 options. First its normal meeting, mainly for talk, go eat something, play basketball or ride a bike. I use messenger conversations to texting with my friends. On messenger i can text with my friends which dont live in my city. I also use discord to talk with my friends when im at home or for example i walking with my dog i can walk and talk with my friends at the same moment.
2. i think i would open this bottle and watch what is inside. My further steps depends of what i read in this message. For example if this message is adressing for someone, i wouldnt read it and i should toss founded bottle. But if i find letter with calling for help i should alarm relevant services.
3. I dont have online friend, but i think online friend can be real friend. It depend of type of relation witch you have. You can have the same passions and character as your online friend. In internet you can meet people which you cant find in real live, and its great.
4. The best way is to realize that your opinions should not be able to destroy your relationship. You can say that you respect him opinion, but not agree with this opinion.
5. Its many things that make me feel good. First is sport and physical activity. Physical activity can help me to cope with stress. Second thing is meeting with friends. After meeting i always feel better. Third option is just something what i like and what make me chill, for example it can be reading books or bike riding.
6. When i am upset mostly i do things that help me kill time and relax. It can be listen to music, go on walk, watch film or others. Best way is to skip the time when i am upset.

1. There are many ways to communicate everyday with loved ones. Social media definitely simplifies maintaining contact, but it doesn’t compare to real-life meetings. Therefore I combine online contact with the real one. We meet alternately outside or at somebody’s place.
2. If I found the message, I would be enormously surprised, considering that I live far from the sea. Thereafter I would open the bottle and get acquainted with its content. I would like to try to know who addressed the message, where it comes from.
3. I consider the opinion which form of friendship is more valuable depending on what people you meet. I have one online friend whom I have known for three years. We have a group chat on Instagram and we write to each other almost every day. However, a significant disadvantage of acquaintanceship of this type are sporadic meetings, because she lives at opposite ends of the country.
4. I very rarely argue with my friends. If I have something to complain about, I say it directly and I avoid dispute. Nevertheless the best way to end an argument is straight talk. In that you can get to know the other person's opinion and feelings.
5. Sport and meditation are activities that have a positive effect on well-being. Even scientific research supports this, because by doing exercises the brain releases substances such as: endorphins, serotonin, dopamine and many others. I try to do these activities regularly to maintain good mental condition.
6. When I’m feeling miserable, I'm going for a walk, because sitting at home it makes things worse than it actually is. Such a solution helps to look at problems from a different perspective. Furthermore It’s also helpful to talk with friends.
