I read about your offer in the local newspaper and I am interested in your offer. I would also like to ask a few queries.
I wonder how big the facilities are? My boss would like to organize a meeting with several people in one of your meeting rooms so we need one quite large room. We need small catering too - 1 piece of cake and 1 cup of coffee for everyone. How much will it cost? Except that we need a place to connect a projector. If it is possible we'll accommodate 5 normal rooms for 10 people for 2 nights.
How much do we need to pay for everything? Do you have any discounts on orders like these?
Our team is interested in some attractions around the hotel. Are they available? If yes could you let me know what kind of attractions are there?

I would like to ask about the details of your offer regarding the reservation of the object. I am looking for the perfect offer to organize a business meeting. I learned from the advertisement that your facility has a conference room suitable for business purposes and that it is located in the Alps. It caught my attention because I am looking for such an object. However, I would also like to ask about other amenities or attractions that you can offer. Is the hotel suitable for people of different nationalities, because it is an international meeting in which knowledge of languages is very important. Also whether the facility has any attractions such as slopes, swimming pool and the like. We plan the duration of the accommodation for a week in March or April. Would it be possible to reserve 15 rooms during this time? If so, please send me possible dates. If it is possible to book rooms with provided meals, I would also ask for the price. I found your advertisement in a local newspaper. I am writing to enquire about some information.

Could you tell me how big conference room is? My boss wants to invite about 30 people so we need a quite spacious room.
I would like to know what about food? Is catering included in the price? As for menu, could you confirm there are options for vegetarian and vegan?

I'm also wondering what attractions for guests could you organise? I'm interested in outdoor activities and entertainment. And how much do they cost?

I would greatly appreciate if you could make a place for projector and speakers, cover windows with curtains and put a board to play a multimedia presentation.

With regard to costs, I'd like to know, how much will I pay for everything? Can I get some discount? If yes, in what way?

We're planning our meeting on 12-17th April. Therefore, is there option to book fifteen double rooms within that week?

I am writing on behalf of my company to enquire about your advertisement in a newspaper. My company would like to organize a business meeting and I have some queries about accommodation and booking a conference room in your hotel.
First of all, I wonder if you could confirm that there is air-conditioning in a conference room because we would like to avoid our attendees’ discontent. Could you also let me know if it is possible to prepare a loudspeaker system and screen on which we could show a presentation during the meeting? We want to care about the high-quality of this meeting.
As for other facilities, we are interested in organizing a supper after the meeting, so I would greatly appreciate it if you let me know if there are any vegetarian dishes and also if there is a chance to send me the restaurant’s menu.
We are planning a meeting for twelve people and we want to provide two-day accommodation for all of us. We would expect an individual room for everyone. Therefore, could you let me know when there will be the soonest available date for a reservation like that.
Finally, I would enquire about costs. We would cover all costs for our meeting members, but I would like to know more details about which attractions are not included in the price because some of us would like to use them individually. I am keen to know details especially about the gym and access to swimming pools.

I noticed your advertisement for your hotel. I noticed it at the perfect time as I was looking for a place to hold business meetings. I would like to know more about it. What exactly does this conference room look like, is it big enough to accommodate about 25 people? Are there any attractions? Type of pool or gym? Is it possible to buy food, is the hotel pet-friendly? We require a clean and well-kept place, friendly service and access to the conference room and restaurant even at night. Now a question about free accommodation in the near future for about 3/4 days, preferably 2-room rooms. What are the check-out times? In your offer it says about attractions for guests. Hence my query- what are the details of the attractions? Our business partners at meetings have a habit of playing billiards or poker, so is the hotel equipped with such equipment?
In addition, I would like to query if you have any vegan food? something that will not be processed from an animal product

it says in your advertisement that the hotel is situated in the very center of the Alps. For the sake of safety and our activities, we would like our cars and things to remain intact. are there built-up car parks or rooms where the cars will not be damaged?

in connection with finances - how much would the stay cost? our company includes 30-person partnership meetings lasting at least a week. We would like to rent a large room to carry out our meetings and take advantage of other proposed offers and attractions.
in connection with such a large group, we could get a discount? we are ready to pay half the price as an advance payment in order to be credible.

In connection with accommodation, our company would like to know if the bathroom is equipped with towels and washing liquids and how many rooms are there in one apartment. We will also be grateful for sharing the opinions of people who have already used the services of the hotel.
