My city Zduńska Wola is one of the most polluted in Poland. There are many cars that emit quite a lot of exhaust fumes here. People smoke in their homes with whatever they can. This is not good for our environment. When walking in the city, we often smell unpleasant smells coming from the chimneys of street houses. It is very harmful to our environment, but most of all to our health. Each of us could contribute to reducing the emission of harmful toxins. If people started using good fuel at home, it would be much healthier for ourselves. Switching from a car to a bicycle or bus could significantly improve the quality of life in our city. There are many interesting solutions to reduce the amount of smog in our city. It depends on all of us whether we want to do something in this direction, or if we wish to live in such a place.

The problems that I know that exist in my city are air pollution and littering. If I want to say something more about air quality in here, I can just say that it's probably one of the worst in the country and solutions for that are probably change the coal as resource for energy to photovoltaic panels, because they are more ecological and they are using sun as power to make energy. Another thing is to give more money to the public transport ,because now it's pretty poor and not perfect as it can be, for example all busses can be changed to electrical ones to not produce exhaust as much as now, of course it's going to be very expensive and it's can take some time, but if we gonna change those one by one, after some time the old busses are going to be not in use and that's can be very ecological for enviroment. Littering in other hand can be solved by sorting the garbage that we normally throw in the bin and city have to support financially the garbage disposal companies, because it can give them more ways to do something with this waste. As for the end I want to say that all things can be achieve if we gonna do something, it's not only that they need money to do something it's our job to make this planet clean and great as possible.

In the place where I live the most common environmental issue is air pollution. This is often visible in the evenings when it is cold outside, because people start to burn in their fireplaces. And it is not for example wood, but plastic or tires. When I go outside I often sensation suffocating smell. It is very unpleasant, because I know what when I brake a breath I am poisoning myself. All these particles stay on my lung. The second environmental issue in my place are rubbish in the forests. People throw them away there. We must know that the plastic bag needs 300 years to decomposes, glass- 4000 years and tires- 80 years. If we want to go for a walk in the forest, we will see a lot of rubbish. If we want to have clean environmental, we have to do something with these issues. People can buy electrical fireplaces which are more environmentally friendly, because they do not emit any pollutants. Of course we have to start the rubbish sorting, because in future we will not have clean places. Let`s start look after of our environment!

A noticeable environmental problem in my town is air pollution. This is a problem that has been difficult to deal with for many years. Many people are aware of this environmental problem, but they are not trying to reduce it anyway. People should think about what's happening in the world and prevent this from happening, but they don't do that.
Instead of driving a car, they should replace it with a bicycle or simply walk. However, most of them are not going to do this. Instead of burning rubbish, they should recycle and throw it away. They should burn coal and wood in their stoves. Unfortunately, people are too lazy and do not realize the danger they create. We hurt ourselves by it. The consequences can be huge and affect our health. Unfortunately, there are also natural causes of air pollution that are beyond our control, such as forest fires, atmospheric landings and biological processes. Knowing this, people still add reasons from themselves to pollute this air even more. W.K 3b

Zduńska Wola, the city where I live, is one of the most polluted cities in Poland. If we want to improve air quality, we should start with simple things. We should switch from driving cars to cycling as often as possible. This will increase not only air quality, but also our condition. We should encourage others to recycle rubbish. You need to know which bin to throw which waste. We mustn’t throw rubbish to ground, because it also worsens our environment. We should pay attention to what kind of fuel we use. When we see litter, especially in the forest, we can pick it up right away. We mustn't throw rubbish into water reservoir, animals suffer from it too. We should avoid burning leaves on the fire. When are we going to go to the store we should take our shopping bag with us, so as not to buy a polybag in the store. Sometimes we aren’t aware of how much we have an impact on our environment. We should try to make it better and better.

In my opinion, the biggest environmental problem in Poland is garbage. Garbage has the greatest impact on air pollution. It consists in introducing solid, warm or gaseous substances into the air that have a negative impact on human health, climate, nature, water, soil, or cause significant changes in the environment. Rubbish is an age-old problem and it lasted a long time. For example, the ubiquitous plastic bottles can take 100 to 1000 years to decompose! Not to mention the other types of garbage that the soil will absorb later. The worst thing is that the waste is most often thrown into the forest, which is also a threat to animals. To solve this problem, you can recycle rubbish, even if one person switches to it, it is already a success, because one Pole is said to produce over 300 kg of rubbish annually. You can also assume higher fines for littering forests or meadows. You can also volunteer to clean up the world and collect forests with other volunteers. W.L.3B

There are many ecological problems around us. The most common environmental problem in my place of residence are air pollution and water pollution. This is primarily due to human activity. People don't realize that their thoughtless behavior isn't good for our planet. They burn garbage or throw it into water, use harmful substances, drive cars often. It all adds up to the level of air and water pollution. Pollution causes serious disease for people and reduces the quality of plants. However, I think that these are problems that can be solved. Social awareness needs to be increased. People should limit their car driving and start walking or cycling more often. They should segregate waste. They shouldn't burn it or throw it into waters and forests. People should also limit the use of harmful substances. When people take care of the environment, our planet will be clean and safe, won't be much disease and vegetation will be developed.

In my opinion, the biggest problem concerns littering the environment. People produce a huge amount of waste and instead of reducing this amount, they throw away their rubbish off the streets and even in green areas which is absurd for me. Often when I am walking in the woods I see plastic bottles, tyres and sometimes whole bags packed with rubbish scattered around. I don't feel like I'm in the forest then, but rather in a landfill. It is sad to see something like this. We live in the 21st century, the topic of ecology is often discussed. Environmentalists explain how important it is for our planet and there are still people, who instead of trying to produce as little waste as possible and sort it, throw it away to areas where humans should not interfere. To prevent this, the penalties for littering the environment should be much higher to discourage people to doing it and children should be taught from an early age that even a candy wrapper should be thrown into the street tidy not on the ground.

I live in Zduńska Wola. In one of the most polluted cities in Europe. Today an issue of global pollution is increasingly in focus of attention. We still have room for improvement though.
Currently we are on the cusp of the heating season. That period as a general rule result in smog alert. I consider it is one of the main trouble in our area. Unfortunately, majority of politicians bring up the trial of smog as and when we can pick up that phenomenon.
Nevertheless local municipality have been taking measures to reduce environmental pollution level. For instance Zduńska Wola has been participating in programme of exchanging of old furnaces. Moreover somebody ran into making sort of motor of air purification in our city park. Sadly that idea did not develop.
I believe the local strategy is deliberate. Governing know community’s expectations. They invest in public transport and protect natural world.

The Earth struggle with a lot of ecological problems. Some of these problems concern us. In the place, where I live the biggest problem is air pollution. It's very common problem in my city. These pollution come from people's furances. A lot of people burn plastics, which produce a lot of pollution. Also coal's furances are a big problem. People don't wanna exchange them, even that they can get bailout from city. The second the biggest problem, which I noticed is that people are abusing their cars. Not a little problem are rubbish exported to forest and burned them. The biggest environmental issues at national scale are coalmines and coal-fueled power plant. Theirs produce in spades air pollution. Solution can be replace them with the more moder and more ecological equivalents. However, the cost of replacement like that would be to bigger for our country.

I live in Zdunska Wola. In my opinion, the air quality here is very bad. When I go outside, I feel the smell of car exhaust. People often smoke rubbish in furnances, which also affects air pollution. These behaviours are very harmful to our health but also to the whole environment. Many mainly elderly people don’t segregate their waste. People shouldn’t smoke rubbish in furnances.
I think the government should give more finance for solar system and more ecological furnances for people. The government ought also expand public transport and encourage residents to use it. We should plant more trees.
Parents ought teach their children to segregate rubbish. Public television should raise people’s awareness that taking care of the environment is very important.
I like it that people’s awereness is growing.
Paper bags instead of plastic bags are often uses in shops in my town. Moreover, people buy reusable bags and they use them-even it became fashionable.

In 2020 my city was voted the worst city to live in Poland. Main issues - bad air condition,
homeless on a bench and big pollution and this is all true, but someone still wants to live here. The city promised a lot but didn't do much. I think we should care more about segregate waste, dont throwing garbage on streets and try to replace coal with different source of energy. Also we can walk or ride a bike instead of driving a car. City should invest more money in public transport for example electric scooters and buses. They can build recycling factory and reuse things. Of course, improving the quality of life in the city won't be possible if people still don't do anything about it.

Enviromental issues are very common nowadays. That is related to human impact on the living environment, habitats, land use and natural resources. I think the most common issues in Poland is air quality. The main reason of air pollution are harmful substances from the chemical industry and also car exhaust fumes. However air quality can also be influenced by the release of these substances from natural sources such as forest fires and volcanoes. The air pollution harm human health and the enviromental. The results of this issues are diseases of the respiratory system and the heart and also reduction quality of crops. The most serious effects of air pollution are the greenhouse effect, the ozone hole and acid rain. To prevent air pollution you should choose ecologic transport and save electric energy at home.

In my opinion the biggest environmental issue in city where I live is air pollution. In 2018 Zduńska Wola was considered as one of the 50 most polluted cities in the European Union. Bad air quality is caused by including car fumes. When it’s getting cold outside, for example during autumn or winter, some people are burning plastic, tyres or other rubbish in their furnaces. This is the second reason of bad air quality. Air pollution is not good for health. When we spend much time outside and we breathe in smog, it damage our respiratory system. The second environmental problem which I notice in my city is littering. Not once we can see somebody, who is dump litter like for example wrapper from candy bar, anywhere. These issues are problems which we can solve. To prevent air pollution we should use ecological transport like electric cars or bikes. To prevent littering we should raise childrens awareness from an early age and teach them that all rubbish should be dump into the bin.

The place when i live is quite clean air, but the forests are full of wild garbage dumps which threaten the animals living in this place as well as the plants. To prevent this from happening, we should stop throwing away our unnecessary items and food packaging there but for many people it's hard. However, when it comes to cities, it is something else. In Sieradz we will encounter overcrowded garbage cans, but the biggest problem of this city is polluted air. This is due to the large traffic in the city and frequent traffic jams. In order to improve air quality in this city, the city authorities could increase the area of green spaces and reduce traffic in it by investing in environmentally safe means of transport. In order not to store full bins in the city, the municipality should invest in better landfills and adequate recycling of trash. The most important thing is that to each of us help with this to live us pleasantly and healthy.

I live in Zduńska Woli and in my opinion one of the biggest problems is littering the environment.People do not realize that when they throw garbage on the ground, they decompose for many years.Walking through parks and forests, I see a lot of garbage lying on the ground. It's a good idea to organize garbage collection days.In this way, at least you can help the planet not to be so polluted.I myself take part in such actions and I remember him very well.In my opinion, there should be greater penalties for littering. If the police paid more attention to this behavior, there would be fewer cluttered places.Another problem of its air pollution.Especially when cold, many people smoke in the stove and are very polluting.People drive a lot of cars and it pollutes the air a lot. They might walk or ride their bicycles more. It would help the environment and people would be healthier.
