So here we go. Your job is to pick a topic (or two) and write your opinion and arguments (+ examples) not more than 120-160 words. Student's book ex. 6 p.7. Deadline: March 4th. Enjoy it!

2. I would like drones to deliver things to my home as it would be very convenient. Things would be delivered in a faster manner and healthier on the environment. Would stop using cars that pollute the environment.
3. Drones can cause serious accidents in the air and on land. The reason may be little knowledge about the use of drones. The drone can run into a car or other airborne transport, such as a paraglider. When using drones, we must be careful not to hurt the other person.
4. I don't know if drones are louder than cars. They definitely make a sound. For some it may be quiet and for others it may be loud. I guess helicopters are much louder anyway.
5. I would like to travel by drone in the future because transport would be much easier and faster. Thanks to this, we would avoid traffic jams or road accidents. I hope that such transport will be possible soon.
6. Drones are fun if the safety rules are followed. They can cause accidents or hurt another perso. We have to be careful what we do.

2. Did I like drones to deliver things to my home? Definitely yes! I would not have to have contact with couriers and my orders would also come much faster then now. Btw it will have to look so dope. Imagine that drone landing in your backyard with your order. Nice thing for sure.
3. It can be a problem but only if these drones will fly as much as mosquitoes near a river. They could break a window or hit someone. But if they will have a good system which can pass other things they should not cause serious damage.
4. I can agree with that. Drones are noisier than cars. But when flight high they are inaudible.
5. I'd like to travel in a drone taxi in the future if it is possible but only when it will be safer than traveling by a car nowadays.
6. Are drones just harmless fun? I think yes in most cases. I don't hear about the drone which killed someone. But racing drones can achieve high speed so events like a racing drones champions will take place in places specially designed for this.

2.I would like drones to deliver different items to my home; eating clothes or furniture. It would be a great facilitation in everyday life, we would not have to walk with heavy bags in our hands, only drones would do it for us. I think that would be a wonderful use of technology.
3.I agree whit them. It is easy for a drone to accident. This technology can fly in front of a car, tram or bus. It can also cut open skin, scratch or damage the eye. Honestly, any object can be hurt, but the drone can actually cause serious mishaps.
4. No i dont agree whit that. It's a small thing and not really as loud as a car. Makes a noise but is not as loud as a car is driving. Cars are really loud, like honking, braking or going to the start. I think drones are noisy, they make the sound of moving wings, they are not really louder than cars.
5. We have planes for this and I think no one will even think to make a toy as responsible as transport for people. It doesnt make sense. Drones are used for taking photos or filming from height, it is a camera not mode of transportation.
6. Although I dont feel that the drone is taking away my privacy, but it can be a spy tool, it can cause accidents and it is not an ordinary, harmless toy.
2. I disagree. Drones are still a new thing and they are not completely programmed to be stable and to avoid obstacles in their ways. I would be worried about my deliveries and the possibility that they can be dropped and ruined.
3. This invention is not fully coordinated in movements. Of course, drones can be piloted by programs but it would not work f.e. in big cities where cars and also people are still breaking street rules. Not making sure about drones' roads could affect serious accidents.
4.Drones are usually small devices and I think it isn't true that they are loud. They are quite silent so there won't be any problems with noise on roads like there is with trucks.
5.Though making drone cars isn't soon future, I would like to have a road in a vehicle like that. I think it can be a great feeling when you move in the air and control your height. I think it also can be a faster way of traveling.
6.I think drones are great fun, especially for younger children. They are fascinated by those flying things and excited that they can control their flight. For adults, drones are also a way to have fun.

2. Delivering something by drones nowadays would make my life so much easier. If I had quarantine, the drone could provide me with what it currently needs and why I can't leave the house.
3. I agree. drones can cause serious accidents. They can block the driver's path. We are actually unable to predict what the drone is able to do. is the device we control. We can lose control of it. When the drone enters the airport zone, it can delay flights, and when it gets caught in the engine, it can cause enormous damage and death to many people.
4. I do not agree. Drones behave quieter compared to cars. At least the drones I've seen and heard. It actually depends on the car and the drone. Each car and drone model behaves differently. I honestly don't think drones can disturb my thoughts. You just need to get used to them as well as to the sounds of cars.
5. I think I would not like to travel by drone. if it were possible it would be a fun adventure, but I would still be afraid to travel by this means of transport.
6. I do not think drones are completely harmless. Every strange thing gives me great anxiety. Every new stupid thing you invent that works and has a purpose is no longer stupid. Kinga kurczak
2. I agree with this its positives use drones. They may deliver food or packs especially in these days. People can’t or don’t want go outside because they are scared of coronavirus. Drones could facilitate the delivery different things it would be safer because we would haven’t contact with other people.
3. I agree. Drones are control by the people everyone makes mistakes. These people too. Drones can cause serious accidents on the road or in the air. If driver doesn’t notice drone it can be serious danger on the road. That’s why people who control drones have to be careful and focused
4. I disagree. Drones are smaller than cars and not that popular. There are millions of cars in the word, I think most people have car in these days but not everyone has drone. Cars are louder than drones because there are more of them.
5. I disagree because I am scared of heights since I was child. I will never travel in the drone taxi but I think that will be awesome to someone who isn’t afraid like me.
6. I disagree. Drones can be a harmless fun but someone with bad intention can use drones too. In my opinion these machines can be useful for good and bad purposes and they aren’t just a harmless fun

2. I also agree with sentence 2. Home drones can help me plan my day and help me learn more effectively. they can help me come up with an idea or give me some interesting information. Maybe something like this will be available soon and will definitely make my life easier.
3. I do not agree that drones can cause a serious accidents, because these are small appliances that are practically not life threatening. If someone is inattentive something can happen, but these are isolated cases. In my opinion, drones are safe, but people who have these devices should be careful not to injure people and animals.
4. I also not agree with sentence 4. Drones make a weird "flying bees" noise, but are generally silent compared to cars. Drones are especially noisy at night when it is quiet and nothing is happening. Another example that drones are silent is the fact that they are little numerous. In the city there are the definitely less of them than cars, so they will not penetrate the sounds of cars.
5. In the future, I would like to travel with a drone if possible. Get to know the world, admire beautiful views, meet wonderful people and their culture. Drones move fast and thanks to them we can record our trip, which will be a great memories.
6. Another thing I agree with is that drones are used for fun. I want to travel a lot in the future, so I will definitely need such equipment. As I mentioned in sentence 5. it is a good way to photograph a large area of land. I really like photos and videos ,,from the bird's eye view" and I am going to do these too to have a beautiful souvenir. drones can also be used for fun by sending letters to a friend. It is definitely a good toy.

2.I agree. I think it would be a good idea that drones could deliver things to my home, because it would be more comfortable. When you order things, you have to make an appointment with a courier and the date has to match both sides.You also have to sign the documents and the process of handling the package is quite long. With drones it will be much easier and faster.
3.I agree. We have to remember that drones are just machines. They dont think and don't have any imagination or intuition. Drones are dependent on people and work as they are programmed. There may always be some technical problems and then drones could cause some serious accidents.
4. I disagree. The sound of a d drone is sometimes even lower than of a car. Even if, we are used to noise anyway, because we mostly live in the city center. In my opinion the sound of a traffic jam is more unpleasant than the sound of a drone.
5.I agree. I would like to try everything in my life. I'm a very open person and I think it would be a very interesting experience. It will also be so much fun to see a whole city from above.
6.I disagree. They aren't totally harmless, for example because of our privacy. And also drones aren't toys to play with for fun. Of course there are some drones intended for children, but I mean the drones used in work and industry. They can cause harm if they are not properly used or programmed to do something evil.

2. I would like to too. Drones can provide us with many things in places inaccessible to cars and other means of transport. If they reported our purchases, we would hardly leave our homes. Drones can function as a courier company, but the weight of the object cannot be too heavy so it could deliver smaller packages.
3. I do not agree. Drones are not dangerous. They are supposed to make our life easier and entertained, but they cannot be used for evil purposes. Drones themselves are not dangerous, it depends who controls them. Drones can help find fugitives in hard-to-reach or missing places. They can act as a lifeguard by delivering medications.
4. I disagree. It is definitely less audible than the car. In a big city, in the crowd and noise, no one would hear that a drone is flying over them. The sound of the drone is buzzing.
5. Interesting idea. Maybe the travel time would take less time if it was done in the air. It would definitely be greener than the existing taxi and faster.
6. I agree. It's fun, but it can also be used for other purposes, such as capturing beautiful bird's-eye views, assessing the health of bridges, roads and buildings, or photographing. However, it is an expensive toy for older people. Countries use drones for measurements and observations.

2. I think that drones can deliver things faster and more economical than a postman or carrier on every place in the world. But on the other hand drones could replace their profession and it may cause unemployment in this field.
3. I don't know, but drones may pose a risk in an airspace because they are too small to can see them from an airplane. In road traffic could create a danger situations because there aren't traffic regulations for drones and it may cause accidents.
4. I agree that drones break the peace and their noise may cause headache, sleep problems and a nervous upset. In some studies experts proved that a sound of flying drone is noisier than cars.
5. Yes, I'd like so much to travel in a drone taxi one day. It could be an unforgettable and amazing experience in my life, all dreams about flying cars in science fiction films could come true. But I think it will be possible only in the faraway future. In the beginning the price of travelling in a drone taxi might cost a fortune for an average person, but in a few years drones may become a popular mean of transport.
6. I disagree with this statement. I'm not sure if drones are good for children. I think they couldn't be use as toys, because they may carry a lot of risks for an unaware child.

I wouldn’t agree with this because a lot of people will lose their jobs. People won’t have the income to support their family. The economy will be weak and parents couldn’t offer children good future.
I agree with this because drones are just machines and they can break in every single moment and because of that they can cause serious accidents.
I don’t think that drones make louder noises sounds than cars. On the streets is louder because of cars, people, animals and nature around us. We are used to noise so I think we wont’t notice any difference.
I agree with this because it could be interesting experience and maybe it could be faster transport. It will be possible to avoid traffic jams and traffic lights.
I disagree because drones weren’t created for fun. These are the robots they can at any time fall down or be incorrectly programmed. Drones have a lot of pieces and if some child will take into their mouth he might choke.

2.I would like drones to deliver package to my house because it can be very convenient and for me and for other people who sometimes may not have time to go to the post office or to the parcel. However, it seems to me that such a solution is not good for our health, because anyway we sit at home and do nothing instead of leaving the house and take a little movement
3. I think they could create serious accidents if they were not properly managed. Drones don't fly on their own, only people fly them, it's the same with cars. Man drives them too, and there are accidents with them too. If cars are part of accidents, why not stop driving them? I think properly managed drones will not cause accidents
4. I think it's true. Drones produce a terribly un pleasant sound compared to cars. Besides, the car does not fly over our head right? I think that this is the key point, that they fly over our heads, and yet no one likes how something flies over his head
5. I would love to fly such a taxi drone. Firstly, it would save travel time by avoiding traffic jams, etc. in addition, such an invention would reduce the amount of exhaust gases emitted by the car during the journey
6. I think in most cases yes. Drones allow us to explore a little more area, look at it from above. Although not always drones are not harmful. They can cause us to destroy something like a window from home or just fly into someone. But still I think that's just a cool thing to fly a drone

Parcels delivered by drones would be much safer and faster than those delivered by couriers. The package would be less likely to be opened, damaged or lost. Our address and details would also be more secure.
Due to their flight, drones can cause serious air accidents because there is a chance of collision with other birds. Also, hitting house roofs or chimneys not only can break the machine, but also damage parts of the house.
The sound of drones can make life difficult for many people who value peace and quiet. Also, in excessive amounts, these devices can make sounds louder than cars. The low flight path causes that each of us would hear the sound of the incoming drone. It would cause us a lot of frustration.
In my opinion, a taxi drone is the future. No contact with another person, fast travel and short waiting time, but also a cheaper road are many advantages of this idea.
Drones can be really harmless when properly used. Anything if used correctly will have no downside. However, we must be very careful and careful when using these machines

I definitely would like drones to deliver things to our homes. In my opinion drones delivering food or packages to us would be very comfortable.
I think drones can cause serious accidents, but if everything would be well organised this kind of accident wouldn’t happen.
As far as I’m concerned drones aren’t noisier than cars and our society don’t have any problems with car noise so I think that it won’t be a problem.
I’d like to travel in a drone taxi, I want to experience such a thing. I think drone taxis will exist in the future and it will be a very comfortable solution compared to taxis nowadays.
I don’t agree with the statement that drones are harmless fun, because there can be plenty, unorganised drones flying without any permission, that can cause an accident

I agree with sentence 2, because air transport is much faster than deliver by car. It’s also cheaper. But drones can’t carry heavy stuff so they can deliver only smaller things like pizza.
I agree with sentence 3, because every single drone is electric so defects are not rare. In that case drone can strike on somebody and cause an accident.
I disagree with sentence 4, drones are electric so they produce much less noise than cars.
I disagree with sentence 5, because it’s too risky for people to travel by drone. People are too heavy, distance is too long, drones are too electronic. It’s perfect combination for accidents.
I disagree with sentence 6. FBI or CIA uses drones to silent and sneaky missions - drones which are undetectable, weaponised and death-dealing. Of course there are a lot of harmless drones which we can buy in shop, but not all of the drones are peaceful.
