1. I do not practice any sports discipline on a daily basis. I try to actively participate in PE lessons. when the weather is nice, I ride a bike or go for walks with my friends. I also like going to the swimming pool where I swim.
2. No, although I do think that I am in poor condition. I feels terribly tired with greater effort. I do not have such a problem on a daily basis.
3. Yes, because it is safe. Pleasant fitness training has a very good effect on our body. Together with a good diet, we can build our body nicely.
4. Yes, because I am a stubborn person. I have no problem get into shape. Unfortunately, I am also a lazy person which makes it difficult for me to build a good form.
5. I believe that regular physical activity and healthy eating have the best effect on people's well-being. We have to fight our laziness because it makes us feel bad. The walk itself gives us a lot.
6. Yes, I sprained my ankle in fourth grade at handball sports. One girl from the opposing team kicked me quite hard. I walked with my leg in plaster for almost a month.

1. I think,that i am fit,not so much like some,but i am!
For some times,i don’t eat sweets,and i don’t drink carbonated drinks. I am trying to exercise regularly. I performs sports exercises from the internet or i am going to run or i am going to ride a bike or walks with my dog. Always some activity is!
2. Hmm..I think that i had a lot of situations where i get out of breath. It happens as soon as I have performed an activity intensively or at some competition, e.g. while running.I think that I am in good shape because I attended the sports class for 6 years and I worked for it.
3. Definitely yes! Everyone has the right to look what they want, some prefer a toned body, but others prefer a muscles body. Whoever wants, everything is for people, but in moderation.
4. I think it's not that easy .. I like sometimes indulge in something sweet and I can't help myself. And for me to look the way I want, I would have to not eat for 3 years unless ... its a joke of course. But she is not disappointed with her body, so I do not limit myself that much.

I'm not well fit person at all. Maybe because I don't do any fitness exercises very often. Especially these days when I don't have to ride a bike to school every day or take part in P.E. lessons.
I think I often run out of breath. If I'm running it's hard for me to run fast longer distance. I think I sometimes forget about breathing when I'm running. That's a wired thing.
I think it's good idea but for me when muscles are not naturally big it's not looking good and unhealthy. I don't have much muscles and my parents sometimes say to me "you are looking like a stick". Maybe I should do more pull ups.
I don't think so. This takes lots of time for sure. I think to get into shape you need around 1-3 months of hard work.
Yes. It can be visiting all countries, get a grandmaster title in chess, have a Lamborghini, have good friends around, have a nice work. So have all my dreams come true.
I never broke my leg but I twisted my ankle. I done this when I falt from a bike 5 or 6 yrs ago. I remember only that it was hurting very badly.

1. I think I’m more fit than the average teenager. When I was 7 years old I started playing football, this experience gave me some knowledge about how to train and become better in sports. I gave up on football a few years ago. Now I’m keeping fit by playing basketball or jogging.
2. I don’t get out of breath easily. I’m breathless after tough practice of basketball or jogging. I don’t really mind being out of breath because satisfaction of ending practice is much better and stronger feeling than a bad feeling of tiredness.
3. I think building muscles in a healthy way is very good to get or keep fit. But it’s important to train safely in the gym. Weighting lifts can be dangerous to your body if you are training recklessly.
4. I’m blessed to have an ability of easley getting into shape. It’s really hard for me to gain weight, I can eat every candy and fast food and still have a perfect BMI. Also if I am highly motivated to practice, which happens often, I train almost everyday. It helps me to stay fit.
5. In sports becoming better does me a world of good. I feel much better after ending my training and having knowledge that I’ve become a better version of myself. Progress is one of the most valuable aspects of life for me.
6. I’ve never twisted, sprained or broken any tendon or bone in my life. One time I pulled a muscle. It was some 1000 meters running competition in Zdunska Wola on asphalt. I haven’t warmed up myself and started running. After 300 meters I felt pain in my calves. As the run went on, the pain was bigger and bigger. At the end I couldn't run anymore but I finished the run, which was foolish. I pulled both my calves and stayed in bed for the weekend to cure my foolishness and calves.

1. I think that I'm a sportive person. I do exercise in home with workout films on YouTube to keep fit. Also if the weather is sunny I go jogging, go cycling or inline skating.
2. No, I'm in a good shape and hardly ever get out of breath.
3. Yes, I think it's very good idea to build up your muscles. When you lift weights you can improve your strength, coordination and your body can look healthier.
4. No, it isn't so easy. It depends of your condition. If you are unfit it takes you a very long time to get into shape. You have to be systematic and exercise hard.
5. Yes, I feel happy and satisfied when I do some sports. I stop thinking about everything what's happened during the day and concentrate only on exercising and have fun.
6. No, I've never twisted my ankle or broken my leg, but I dislocated my thumb once. It was on PE lesson in middle school. While we were playing volleyball I returned the ball wrong and my hand hurt.

1. I think I’m not fit. I don’t do any exercise, because I’m too lazy. Despite inactivity I drink a lot of water and I traying to don’t eat fast food or sweets. The only activity I’m do every day is going for long walks with my dog.
2. Yes, I have out of breath very often. It’s happened when I’m running or going up stairs. It’s because I lost my shape during lockdown.
3. I think it’s a good idea but only in the health way because w lifting weights could be dangerous for us. In my opinion muscular body look very impressively and I admire people who have motivation and strength to build up a muscules.
4. It’s not that easy for me. I’m not a stubborn person and give up too fast. Second issue is that I love chocolate! It’s really hard to me to keep my diet without snack some chocolate. These things make it hard for me to get into shape.
5. Accepting and loving my own body will give me a word of good. I think this is really important in life, because when we don’t love ourself and our body we can’t love other people. When we accept ever imperfection in our body, we gain confidence and happiness.
6. I’ve never broke my leg but I’ve broke my finger. I was playing in volleyball and when I trying to block the ball my finger broke. I remember that I was playing with broken finger to the end on the game. When I went to home I had to go to the hospital because my finger hurt so badly. I had a cast for a month.

1.I do not do any sport on a daily basis. I do it sometimes when I feel like it. Then I get on my bike or rollerblade when it is warm. Sometimes I go with my friends to the pool or for a walk.
2. Sometimes, yes. Sitting at home has made my condition worse and I quickly tire of even a small effort. I used to be in better shape and physical effort did not cause me any problems.
3. I agree. The muscles give us strength. In addition, they look nice and shape our body. By eating protein and then forming it can build a nice and healthy body.
4.I used to have no problem with it and worked hard for a good figure which I now spoiled by sitting at home eating unhealthy things and not doing any sport. I became very lazy and the vision of a pretty figure is getting further and further.
5.Regular physical activity can improve our mood and health. Walking and oxygenation of the brain itself has a good influence on us. Physical activity plus healthy eating will not only improve our health, but can also prolong our life.

1. I think that I am not as fit as I want to be and I think that my body shape could be better. My life is connected with a sport since primary school but I became lazier in high school. Although, now when we are sitting at home I am training on my own, eat well, and I am trying to back into shape.
2. I rather prefer training with weights so during cardio exercises like jogging or interval training I get out of my breath very easily. I do them usually once or twice a week but despite the tiredness, I do not abandon them.
3. Yes, I think that gaining muscles is a great idea for everyone. We not only can look better with toned bodies but also we can feel better. Having muscles is connected with strength, less tiredness and it can also improve our mood. Unfortunately, it’s a complicated process so you have to be safe with workouts.
4. No, I don’t. It’s really difficult for me to keep on diet and training. I wish to find it easy and enjoyable. I am quite lazy so encouraging myself to do a workout is almost impossible. I also really enjoy food and a week without a cheat-day doesn’t exist.
5. I think that spending time alone does my world good. I am really delighted with my own company. I can clear my mind and do something that makes me relaxed like reading a book or stretching my body after a whole day.
6. I’ve never broken or twisted any part of my body. I am rather an accident-free person because I care about my safety all the time in every possible way. Once in secondary school, I had a small knee injury. It wasn’t served bur I couldn’t walk for a week. I got an injury during a volleyball match when I felt in the wrong way. I remember it was a horrible pain in the first two days.

6. I have broken my leg. It was two years ago. I was playing volleyball and I saddently feel. My parents took me to hospital. I had a plaster on my leg for a six weeks. I’t was difficult time.

1. I think that I'm a athletic person. I always find time for physical activity. I love playing basketball and handball. Now, when we are sitting at home, I jump rope and run in the stadium in the evenings. Every day I go for long walks with my dogs, sometimes I even run with them. Outside of sports, I drink a lot of water, while sweets are my weakness, I try to limit them a bit, but I never get it.
2. Despite my good shape, I often find myself breathless. Sometimes, after a lot of jogging or training at home, I can't catch my breath. I try to fight it by practicing even more.
3. Building muscle is a very difficult and time-consuming process. Everyone should look at themselves and assess what body they feel best in. I've been working on my belly for a very long time. Thanks to the muscles, my figure looks healthier and prettier.
4. To get in shape, you need to train systematically and be very persistent. Even though I eat a lot of sweets and junk food, I never gain weight. I have been exercising since I can remember, as a child I loved running, rollerblading and I think that this is why I have such a good shape.
5. I fight laziness every day, running out and achieving better time results improve my well-being. After training, I feel much better. Progress in sport is very important to me.
6. Accidents in my life are a river subject. I sprained my ankle once, it was in summer camps three years ago, playing basketball on the pitch, I put my foot wrong and stayed in my room for two days. Fortunately, it was the end of the holidays camp. My next mishap where I broke my finger is also playing basketball, but this time at school. It took place in January 2017. A year later (January 2018) I also broke the same finger while playing basketball. Now I am very careful with that finger and whenever I play a game I always try to protect it.

1. I'm not particularly athletic. I go to the gym and run from time to time doing cardio but unfortunately, I had to take a break and recently. I can tell that by the pandemic I am less athletic than before when I exercised regularly practically day in and day out.
2.I don't often get out of breath. I usually exercise as much as my condition allows me to do. Of course, I practice in fatigue because it strengthens endurance. I did not happen that I couldn't catch a breath.
3. Of course. Personally, I think it's a good idea. First, we increase our strength and endurance of muscles for fatigue. Secondly, we look better and healthier.
4. The only way to easily get a good body figure is a short, exhausting workout. We should do a lot of intense exercises in the shortest possible time. Then our body will quickly burn unnecessary calories for us. We will save time that we would spend on a long exercise in the gym.
5. I try to win with laziness. I start practising to improve my health, my figure and my well-being. It doesn't do anything as good as seeing your progress.
6. Of course. When I was playing football at the club, standing on the goal, I dislocated my wrist, knocked my fingers out and topped my muscles. Unfortunately, it is sometimes impossible to avoid such things.

1.I don't practice any sport and don't exercise regularly. However I sometimes go just for fun to the gym with my best friend. To keep fit I try to walk as much as possible, for example I choose going to the shop on foot instead of going by car.
2.It happens, but not very often. I think i'm in good condition, even though i'm not doing any sports. I sometimes get out of breath when i have to run fast to catch the bus, because i'm late.
3.Yes, I think so. Muscle bodies look healthy and fit. Of course, we shouldn't take steroids or stimulants, because they can be very dangerous and unhealthy. We should build muscles by doing exercises and being on a proper diet.
4.In my opinion it depends on a person. Everyone's body is different, some people get into shape faster than others. For me it's difficult, because I gain weight quickly. I also don't have much time to exercise regularly.
5.Yes, i think the most important thing that gives me a word of good is accepting my body. Loving my figure gives me the feeling of being healthy and happy. Nowadays being able to accept yourself is very useful and needed.
6.I have never broken my leg, or any part of my body, but I twisted my ankle a lot of times. I have problems with my left ankle in general. Last time I twisted it was when I went to a party with my friends. We were playing volleyball, when I put my foot down wrong and suddenly fell down.

6. Twice in my life I had a broken wrist and once twisted my ankle. The first time my brother accidentally broke my playground in the playground when we where kids, the second time I fell off the bunk bed in my sleep. I twisted ankle at the foot when I was going down the stairs.

1.I try to be as fit as possible. I lift weights and use resistance bands to either strengthen or build muscle. I also try to cut down on sweets and fat, for example I eat a lot of rice and lean meat to help shape a nice figure.
2The most often I miss breath when I get really tired. this is often a situation where you over-exercise. I got really tired once when I was running for the bus.
3. I use weights to build muscle mass. however, I don't lift weights because of my knees, fear of injury. when I manage to heal them - I like lifting weights, because it is an effective exercise,
4. no, it's not easy. I often don't feel like exercising or just don't feel like it. It also happens that I eat a lot of sweets or some fast food that I have to burn with exercise the next day.
5. Eating something sweet once in a while brings me a lot of good. a nice way is also to regenerate the muscles and give yourself a break for a few days. I also like to replace training with, for example, cycling.

2.Yes I do, usually after running or cardio workout.
3.Building muscles is generally a good idea. That makes us stronger. We can also have a beautiful body by building muscles but everything has a boundaries - it has to look natural.
4.Getting into shape is quite hard, we're constantly tempted by fastfoods. Healthy diet and exercises look worse than sweets, McDonald's and Netflix. But everything is possible if we really want this.
5.I am really proud of myself and happy after I do really hard workout. This gives me a lot of satisfaction. When I do some exercises I can forget about sadness for a moment-that's beautiful.
6.Yes, a lot of times...I've recently twisted my ankle AGAIN. I did it by stepping on a road from high pavement. Now I have to go for rehabilitations everyday because it turned out I suffer from ankles instability. If I don't get better i will have an operation...
