I think banning unhealthy snacks in schools is a good idea. The students started to eat much healthier and maybe thanks to that they would also eat healthy at home. Healthy snacks make it easier and better for them to learn. If we were to eat healthy, we would also be sick less.

It's a pretty good idea to show films and videos that show the negative effects of an unhealthy diet. Thanks to such a video, the students would surely be more motivated to act. A large part of them certainly do not know what is associated with an unhealthy diet. Some people could change their diet to a healthier one even immediately.

It's a really good idea to do a contest like this. Students would love to test their gastronomic skills. In addition, the theme with healthy food was really good. Even those who did not participate would be tempted to try doing something at home.

If we included “Diet and Nutrition” as part of physical education classes and additionally had students take the exam, many people would understand how important it is. The students started to eat healthier because they knew what a bad diet was associated with. Lots of people understood how wrong they were to eat unhealthy foods. And thanks to this, many people would live very healthy and tasty lives.

In my opinion, opening such cafes in every school would be of great interest. The students started to eat tasty and healthy food. The products would also not be expensive, so everyone could find something for themselves. Students were able to try different products so that they could experience new flavors and eat them more often.

In my opinion, this is unfortunately true. Many people eat unhealthy because they believe that there is nothing tastier without even trying healthy food. Another thing that makes people eat unhealthy is that it takes very little time to make fast food, so they eat unhealthy when they don't want to waste it. More and more unhealthy restaurants are opening up, and people go to them.

In my opinion, people should start eating healthy if they want to lead a healthy and long life.

1)
In my opinion if prohibiting unhealthy food in school, nothing will change. The amount of unhealthy food among teens will not decrease. The students will buy something sweet, something quick to eat befor or after lessons. However, it can be a good method for teenagers to stop eating unhealthy foods at each break.
You always have to start somewhere and be positive in mind.
2)
Everyone should be aware of the effects of unhealthy eating. Obviously not immediately everyone will start weaning off junk food or snacks. I think everything is for people but in moderation. Certainly, such videos will help us understand how big a problem is an unhelathy diet.
3)
Competitions can be a good way because practicipants have to prepare, for example a healthy dish so they can see that you can eat healthy and tasty. Obviously everyone wants to win at competitions so the dishes will be the best.
The competitions can be good to show that you can coook quickly and healthy.
Thanks to cooking in contests, you can cook at home later.
4)
If this were introduced into schools, students would have no choice. They would have to pass an exam. They would be more educated and eat better. I think if we found out about a healthy diet in school, most students would prefer to follow it.
5)
In my opinion this idea would be great. If the students were hungry, they would have to buy something healthy. In my opinion, if it were introduced, it would probably be the best solution. The students will not hungry and will eat healthy and tasty.
6)
It's probably true. Currently, there is a great demand for fast food by people. People are more busy, they have less time, so they prefer to buy junk food than do something themselves. Despite all the campaign for healthy eating, more people prefer to eat something out.

BAN UNHEALTHY SNACKS, FIZZY DRINKS, SWEETS, CRISPS AND JUNK FOOD FROM SCHOOL.
I think food and drinks like that should be banned, but I am not completely sure about it either. I think banning unhealthy food would do some good to people that struggle to eat healthy. On the other hand, these people can simply buy such snacks outside school and bring them in. In my opinion a decision of this kind would not improve the situation drastically. We can not change ones eating habits just by banning given foods and drinks from a place they spend only some time of a day in.
SHOW VIDEOS AND FILMS THAT DEMONSTRATE THE NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF UNHEALTHY DIETS.
I think it is a good idea to show educational films showing positive and negative effects of various dietary habits. Not always eating an unhealthy snack makes you realise the long term effects of your choice. The images from films can make it easier for you to visualise the consequences. I believe showing videos and films like that would help people be more aware of what they are eating.
ORGANISE A COOKING COMPETITION FOR STUDENTS IN THE AREA.
I, personally, am not a fan of this type of events, but I have nothing against it. I think it is a good idea to help bring the community together. Of course, organising a cooking competition will be a lot of work. It probably is not going to be cheap either, but I suppose trying something like that would bring people some joy and it will be a great opportunity to show people that healthy cooking can be easy and fun.
INCLUDE ‘DIET AND NUTRITION’ AS PART OF THE P.E. CLASS AND HAVE ALL STUDENTS SIT AN EXAM ON IT.
I think including ‘diet and nutrition’ as a subject that people can sit an exam on is a great idea, but only, if it is not mandatory. I do not really see any pros in having a given subject as an obligatory part of a class. I think adding a topic like that to an already big school programme will bring only more stress to students' lives. In my opinion, ‘diet and nutrition’ as a part of P.E. class is good only, if students are not obliged to take part in it.
OPEN AN AFFORDABLE CAFE SERVING HEALTHY FOOD IN EVERY SCHOOL.
I think opening affordable cafes serving healthy food in every school is a very good idea. It is not quite realistic though. We have to take into consideration the fact, that some schools may not have enough funds to open a cafe like that. For a project this big to succeed, funds from the government will be needed.
PEOPLE TODAY CONSUME MORE UNHEALTHY FOOD AND DRINK THAN EVER BEFORE. DO YOU THINK THAT’S TRUE?
I most definitely think that this statement is true. Interestingly, we can observe a parallel trend where more shops with healthy foods are opening and we can see more healthy food on shelves of supermarkets. I think things are slowly taking the right turn. In the end decision to eat healthy or not is only up to us.

In my opinion suddenly bannig unhealthy food is not a good option. This project should be impleneted in stages. At first we should ban fizzy drinks and snacks that contains lots of sugar. Next crisps should be changed with their vegetable counterpart. At the last stage the junk food. I think that it should be deleted from the whole school, and forbidden.

Showing videos and films which demonstrate negative effects of unhealthy diets isn't a good option. Most of students will have it somewhere. It won't affect on them. It won't inspire them to change diet and limit unhealthy food.

A cooking competition is a great idea! I'm pretty sure that in school will be many of gastronomy freaks. In that kind of activity they could battle against each other in a peacful and tasty way. However it'll be expensive to afford cooking gear and ingredients.

'Diet and Nutrition' included in PE classes would be a great idea . At this kind of education we could rethink about changing our diets and exterminate most of unhealthy food form it. Of course we will have sometimes a 'Cheat day' and eat some sweets, but its normal that every people sometimes needs to eat something unhealthy to feel better. Anyway thats a great thing.

And the last one. Cafe. Its a wonderful option. Everyone like Cafe and food. If the healthy food in this cafe will be tasty, I guarantee that lot of people will come to check this out. Also we could spend some time togheter and have a nice time outside.

Ban unhealthy snacks, fizzy drinks, sweets, crisps and junk food from school.
I think it's the best idea, because it is simple and easy to realize. The students often buy food from school, because it is quicker and it’s on the place. So if schools will ban unhealthy food, then of course it will reduce consumption of unhealthy food, and students will buy and eat healthy food.

Show videos and films that demonstrate the negative effects of unhealthy diets.
In my opinion it’s not a good idea. I think most young people know why we should eat healthy food and shouldn’t eat too much junk food. We often hear negative effects of unhealthy diets from TV, Internet, parents or school. So I think if school would show more films about this, students wouldn't be interested in it.

Organise a cooking competition for students in the area.
This idea sounds interesant, but I think that competition does not engage all students, but only some students, who are interested in cooking.

Include ‘Diet and Nutrition’ as part of the P.E. class and have all students sit an exam on it.
In my opinion it’s such a bad idea. Adding more exams doesn’t make students start interested in healthy food and diets. I think it would have a reverse effect and students could start to dislike this topic.

Open an affordable cafe serving healthy food in every school.
It's a really good idea. I think it should be in every school, but I think it’s much cost, and in not every school it is possible. But I hope in the future it could be possible, because surely most students would be using this cafe and it would help in healthy diets.

People today consume more unhealthy food and drink than ever before. Do you think that’s true? Say why.
I think it could be true, because the quantity of junk/unhealthy food still grows. It's more and more fast food. And people often eat this junk food, because it is tasty and good and often is’t cost not much, of course there are exceptions like cola. Also I think people consume more unhealthy food, because this is like a drug, and people could get addicted to this food.

Banning unhealthy food from schools is a good idea. But it won’t stop students from eating it. If they won’t be able to buy it in school they’ll just bring it from home. They will always find a way.

I don’t think that showing videos about bad diet is a good idea. It is some sort of idea of course but a lot students will just watch it and do nothing about it. After all they can watch it at home. There are a lot of other more effective ways to stop them doing bad things.

I mean it is a more fun idea than healthy idea. For me it won’t do anything in encouraging students to eat healthy food. Despite this it’s funny idea. Imagine masterchef school edition.

It’s a terrible idea making someone write an exam about healthy eating. In my opinion if you are teaching someone something you don’t have to check them with an exam immediately. Other than that including “diet and nutrition” as a part of PE is a pretty good idea. That could be very good way to teach students about healthy life style.

Opening café in every school is an awesome idea. Students could buy healthy food like sandwiches and drinks like grain coffee. There should be also some tables with chairs so students could sit and talk to each other. For me it is the best idea of all the others.

In my opinion people consume more unhealthy food than ever before. It probably is because of advertisements that companies makes. There is more and more unhealthy food by the time. I feel like the amount of fast food will rise.

1. Ban unhealthy snacks, fizzy drinks, sweets, crisps and junk food from schools.

I think it’s excellent idea. Because of that students will start eating healthier food, maybe they’ll also decide to take fruits and vegetables to school, who knows. It’ll worth it as it definiately help combatting obisity. Also children and teenagers will have healthier, cleaner and whiter teeth without decay in the future.

2. Show videos and films that demonstrate the negative effects of unhealthy diets.

In my opinion it’s perfect idea. Teachers should show their students films about those things. For example those films can be show at biology lessons or at form period. It is my belief that films like that should be simple, short and understandable. That’s really important to children and teenagers understand their message. Also there should be shown the disgusting effects of eating sweets and fast foods (for examplea different diseases). It might work more.

3. Organise a cooking competition for students in the area.

I think it’s cool idea but it’s better to do in the form of a performance. It can be a lot of fun for children when they’ll start cooking delicious and healthy food but without competing. Moreover they’ll teach how to prepare meals and learn new tastes. Also they’ll improve their culinary skills and teach how to use mixer, oven and so on. I think it’s also a fantastick way to show them how to do something yummy with fruits, vegetables, dairy and meet. For example they can show them how to do an orange juice from juicer and bake an oatmeal cookies instead of fizzy drinks and sweets with preservatives.

4. Include „Diet and Nutrition” as part of the PE class and have all students sit an exam on it.

I think include „Diet and Nutrition” in the PE class programme is a very good idea but writing an exam about these lessons is a bad idea. Why? Because healthy eating is our own business and if we don’t want to eat healthy, nobody will force us to do it. Even so i think that topic should be included in the curriculum. That’s a good way to find out something new about healthy and happy lifestyle.

5. Open an affordable cafe serving healthy food in every school.

It’ll be great if they do something like that. If food price will be affordable every student will be able to afford to buy a lunch for yourself. For the example those cafes could sell colorful sandwiches with a lot of vegetables. Also access to healthy food will be easier than ever before.

6.
I think it’s definitely true because food used to be more natural in the past. And now food have a lot of preservatives and chemical substance. Therefore people were healthier but now they have more and more disease. For example food allergies.

1) I think banning unhealthy food in school isn't good idea. In my opinion nothing will change.
A most of the students will buy this snacks before school and eat in the breaks.
If someone would to eat healthy, he can make it on his own hand.

2) For me show videos and films that demonstrate the negative effects of unhealthy diets is good.
In my opinion people should be aware to effects of unhealthy eating. It can induce a lot of diseases and something like that.

3) Organise a cooking competition for students in the area is fantastic. In my opinion it is interesting.
For sure, it will diversify a boring lessons. It will be something creative. Some part will be happy, because maybe cooking is their hobby.
A part of students can learn something. For me there are only pros.

4) My opinion is divided. The activities about 'Diet and Nutrition' is good, but not on the PE.
Maybe on the other lesson. But making exam from eating healthy??
No way it is nasty.

5) For sure it is excellent idea.
If someone would to eat healthy and have a low budget he will, can buy their food special for him.
If someone prefers a snacks like a chips, he can buy this in the normal school-shop so far.
It will be also a good place to sit in the breaks and talk with the friends.

6) Yes, I can agree with that. Presently we have a lot of junk food like KFC,Burger king, Pasibus or hot dogs on the petrol station.
If it is more junk food, there will be more people who eat the junk food.

1.) I think that this is a good idea, but banned food must have a good replacement. If schools will start enter food like salad, vegetables, not everyone will want eating this. Students prefer fast and tasty foods. I'm not saying that ban unhealthy food isn't good idea but It must be enter clever.

2.) In my opinion people should know truth about negative effects of unhealthy food. Neglect of such knowledge is the most common cause of obesity for example. Videos and films are good way to show this thing. For me equally good solution is meetings with society.

3.) That is a good way to show people how fast, healthy and well cooks. In my opinion every knowledge is good and needful especially for students. Not everyone is a good cooker but If people starts organise this competitions, most of society will become at least a novice cooker. I think most of people will be interesed about this move.

4.) I think this is a good idea, PE is a good form of communication a healthy diet. Exam isn't a good idea If it will be mandatory. For students It would be extra activity and additional studying for exam. But it's only my view on situation.

5.) It is a very good idea. Everyone will be able to eat where he wants. And most important thing at this idea is that food must be in a large selection and cheap price. Students will always walk around full and healthy.

6.) It's true. I think this is because of that people always walk stressed and busy so they need fast and cheap food. Unfortunately food like salads, vegetables or fruits isn't as cheap as junky food like Mcdonald's. People prefer tasty, fast and cheap food when they are at a job for example.

1. Ban unhealthy snacks, fizzy drinks, sweets, crisps and junk food from school.
I think it’s an excellent idea. In my opinion school should take care of student’s health. Taking P.E. classes can help with your body shape, but well balanced diet is more important. I think that nowadays when obesity is so common schools shouldn’t feed kids with unhealthy food.
2. Show videos and films that demonstrate the negative effects of unhealthy diet.
In my opinion this way of encouraging people could be effective. Students would be afraid of the consequences and start eating well. It might look like an amazing idea, but I’m not sure if it really is. I think kids would be too scared to eat anything that’s not healthy, but sometimes a bar of chocolate might be actually good for them.
3. Organize a cooking competition in the area.
I think that if we try to encourage students to eat well organizing a cooking competition could be a very good idea. However, maybe there should be some rules, other way they may bring a lot of unhealthy meals and sweets. I think this should be a “Healthy food cooking competition”. Thanks to this, kids will cook only well food, like salads, learn something new and have a lot of fun.
4. Include ‘Diet and Nutrition’ as part of the P.E. class and have all students sit an exam on it.
This is an excellent idea to teach students about ‘Diet and Nutrition’ at P.E. classes. I think kids are uneducated on this topic. Notwithstanding I can’t agree with an idea that students should sit an exam on it. I think another exam will only cause unneeded stress, anxiety and will affect student’s mental health.
5. Open an affordable café serving healthy food in every school.
In my opinion, this is the best idea. Kids often eat unhealthy food because it’s cheap and easily accessible. If they could buy tasty, not expensive food in their schools they will do that. Also, if there won’t be any junk food in school to buy they would have no other choice but to buy healthy snacks. I believe this can make the word of good.

1.Ban unhealthy snacks, fizzy drinks, sweets, crisps and junk food from schools.
I think it`s a such a great idea! In the present many kids have access to buy unhealthy food before and after school. So, I think that healthy and fresh food will be a nutritious and sterling meal. We should learn our children how eat well.
2.Show video and films that demonstrate the negative effects of unhealthy diets.
In my opinion showing that kind of videos in some way can fix the problem. But not strictly! Also, students can receive negatively for that. And it may affect on they mental state. So that’s why we used to be carful when we rise that topics.
3. Organise a cooking competition for students in the area.
I think it`s a best way to learn easy healthy recipes and start to eat well! But in the closest area rather, we can`t afford it. But I hope one day it will be available. And people can learn for each other.
4.Include `Diet and Nutrition` as part of the P.E. class and have all students sit an exam
on it.
It`s a great idea and it can help a lot! It will make that kids understand how important is
they own health. I observe that most of students are not educated in this area. But I don’t think the exams or grade for something like that will be necessary. Because it will be extra stress for some kids.
5.Open an affordable café serving healthy food in every school.
I think it will be a successful ingestion. Student could easily than before buy some healthy stuffs. I know that not everyone can afford to buy good food which is not that cheap like fast food. I hope that this café would change something.
6.People today consume more unhealthy food and drink than ever before. Do you think that`s true?
I totally agree with that! It`s kind of sad because is very bad for our health. Of course, everyone have that `one day` when they can afford on something like fast food or sweets. But we still must to remember that it can`t be every day! Maybe that problem because of that the fast food locals are generally available. And the worst is that there are more and more of them in the cities.

In my opinion baning unhealthy snakcks, fizzy drinks, sweets, crips and junk food from schools is very good idea because child do not have access in school to unhealthy food so the are eating it much less.

Showing a films with very fat people who eating only junk food can teach some young people to do not doing it. Child can be scared about his feature. For me for example the future when i have to leaving on wheelchair is so scary.

Its very good idea because some child can do not know some flavours of healthy food, on competition like this. Somebody can find his the best, new flawour of healthy food.

A topic „Diet and Nutriction” is very usefull if you want to lose weight lub build your muscles. PE is not only for physical effort. The best sportsmans have to know somethink about this topic.

Its the best idea if school want in order to students eating more healthy food. If somebody forget his unhealthy luch he or she have to order a healthy lunch so somebody can convince yourself to healthy food.

BAN UNHEALTHY SNACKS, FIZZY DRINKS, SWEETS, CRISPS AND JUNK FOOD FROM SCHOOLS
I think banning unhealthy snacks, fizzy drinks, sweets, crisps and junk food from school is a very good idea. Students could buy only very fresh, healthy food with vegetables and fruits.

SHOW VIDEOS AND FILMS THAT DEMONSTRATE THE NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF UNHEALTHY DIETS
In school teachers should show videos and films that demonstrate the negative effects of unhealthy diets. I think it's a very good idea. Short films or advertising spots would affect the positive reaction about healthy eating. Young pupils and students could watch these programs on school breaks.

ORGANISE A COOKING COMPETITION FOR STUDENTS IN THE AREA
In my opinion, schools should organise a cooking competition for students in the area. People could teach new technology of healthy cooking. I think that the atmosphere of these competitions would be very friendly, happy and useful for new ideas of cooking.

INCLUDE ‘DIET AND NUTRITION’ AS PART OF THE PE CLASS AND HAVE ALL STUDENTS SIT AN EXAM ON IT
I think that including ‘diet and nutrition’ as part of the PE class and having alle students sit an exam on it isn't a good idea. Theoretical knowledge is not important to exam in it. The most important thing is the practical part, I mean implementation a diet to our life.

OPEN AN AFFORDABLE CAFE SERVING HEALTHY FOOD IN EVERY SCHOOL
I suppose that opening an affordable cafe serving healthy food in every school is very positive. All students could eat very good food, their health will be good and feeling also. I think that students’ attitude to learning will be better and perhaps it could help them to succeed.

PEOPLE TODAY CONSUME MORE UNHEALTHY FOOD AND DRINK THAN EVER BEFORE. DO YOU THINK THAT’S TRUE? SAY WHY
I think it’s true. People like junk food, because it’s tasty. Unhealthy food and drink don’t cost much. People don’t have so much time so they consume more fast food, because it’s always ready to eat.
