1.I don’t think i need a schedule like that. Because i need a schedule like that. Because I already have time organized perfecktly.
2.The only thing I see as a positive is that you have the whole day planed and if it works the nit is great
3.The biggest dislike i have is that after some time it probably can get monotonous I meane your doing the same over and over again.
4.The biggest benefical in my opinion is going to sleep at 10PM I usually go to sleep at 12PM so it isn,t the most healthy
5.The smallest benifickal thing for me would be doing Homework as i’m doing it when i’m back from scholl.
6.The only thing i would change is that i would make active time longer. Because doing activities is good for your health.
7.Knowing myself i couldn’t keep to such a schedule because i would simply forget abaut it

In my opinion such a plan is very helpful especially for unorganized person. We can plan our day and in that we become organized and productive. We are also motivated to doing and working more.
Obviously it is impossible to schedule all life. There are moments in our life that are unpredictable like suprise visit, accident etc. We have to prepare ourselves to be spontaneous sometimes. Some people are afraid that something couldn't go their way and prefer to have everything planned. I think they have it easier in life than spontaneous people, but I guess it is important to always have a backup plan. The best example is COVID 19, which nobody expected.
I have to admit I hardly ever plan something. If I have to do something, I immediately do it. I don't like to leave things I have to do for the last minute. I think I don't need any plan or schedule because I can motivate myself. I know a lots of people can't do it and they need a plan, but I don't. In my opinion isn't important to stuck to such appointed hours. It can cause unnecessary stress and rush, which we want to avoid on our days off.

I really find plans like this one really helpful. I think that every person like me that don’t know what to do at daytime and is lazy should do themselves a schedule, maybe if they’ll get into routine they’ll be more efficient?
As I said big advantage of schedule is raising personal efficiency and not being that lazy, but there are few more things I like about that such as not wasting time for unnecessary stuff like surfing all day on internet. The thing that i don’t like too much about it is the fact that if something urgent happened that day and you haven’t planned it in schedule it’s breaks the entire plan and nothing is made at time. The points that will completely make my life easier are the bedtime routines and the one about homework. Recently I have problems with sleeping at regular time, so it’ll help me out. Second thing is that i’m too lazy to make homework and usually i skip them. My least favorite thing in this schedule is the 1.5 hour of quiet time. I think that if i’m in that age I should spend as much time with friends as it possible, so I’ll combine the quiet time with active to make whatever I want. I think soon I’ll get myself schedule.

1. I don’t think I need a schedule like this because I can remember about different activities and I don’t have to note it.
2. In my opinion when we’re unorganised and we forget about our tasks during the day plan like this might be helpful to remember about tasks.
3. I think that negativies of this plan are that with time it’s getting boring and we often can forget that we have plan like this .
4. The beneficial point for me is reading because I like doing it but often I don’t have time enough.
5.The unfavourable point for me is using social media because usually it takes me a lot of time.
6. I would change an hour going to sleep. I can’t go to sleep at 10pm it’s too early. I rather prefer going to sleep at 12pm-3am.
7. I don’t think I could be because I’m too spontaneous and I dislike routine. It’s too monotonous for me.

In my opinion I don't need a schedule like this because I think I'm an organized person. But for people who are unorganized it is a cool thing because when they have something like this they will not forget about their activities during the day. The posotive of this plan is we can get into our routine and with time we'll get use to this and we will not forget about important things for us. But for me the minus of this schedule is that with time our day will be monotonous. I think it depends on the person if we need this plan or not.
Certainly this plan has a lot of beneficial stuffs for us. For example waking up early because then we can do more things during the day and our day will be more productive. The second expamle is reading books. I'd like to do it regularly but often I forgot about this or I don't have enough time. Unfavorable acivitie for me is using social media and playing computer because I usually lose too much time for it.
I'd change in the schedule an hour going to sleep. For me it is too early and I rather prefer going to sleep late.
I think that I couldn't stick to such a plan because I'm too spontaneous and I can't keep a one plan. I like doing things in different sequence.

I think I don’t need such a schedule. When I know I have to do something I just do it. Planning my day is a great option to remember everything when I want to do a lot of things during the day. However I just note what I have to do and delete it when I have already done it. But I don’t define the time when I’ll do these things. I’m not able to predict how much time I need to do some activity. In addition I usually wake up later and go to bed later than it’s on this schedule. But these hours aren’t regular so it’s an example of activity which I can’t plan. Moreover I don’t like planning all my life. It’s even impossible because our plans can change at any time.
I think if I have such the schedule and something doesn’t go according to its I’ll be so stressed and I’ll feel lost. Despite this I admit that doing a plan for a day give me a motivation. I also don’t have to wonder what to do and I won’t forget anything. When I have already done everything which is on my list I fell proud of myself. I can also rest without thinking what I haven’t done yet.
So I like to plan my day but without plan time to do these activities.

In my opinion, this such a Schedule is very necessary for people like me. I think that because I’m sure that help to organize my Day because I’m very unorganized person. Thanks to it, I can easily write down the things I have to do. I can plan my day and becoming to organized. The positive about a Schedule is definitely organizing and have more time for something. Thanks to it, we don’t spend time to Wonder what we must do now, we Just do it. The downside to do a plan every day It’s a routine. When we constantly without interruption to a plan for our Day, and it’s still look same, we don’t have new experience and surprise In our live. Our live becoming a monotonous and boring. This is a big problem. That such a plan have got a downside too. One of minus them is going to sleep so Early to me. I always go to sleep later, and I like that. One more thing that I don’t like In this plan is a wake up late. This is not for me.I like use day the bbest and I usually wake up at 8 o'clock. I think I could stick to such a plan, but of course not every day. I could use this when I have a lot of things to do and don’t have much time to do this.

In my opinion I need a Schedule like that, but it’s very dificult for me to stick to it. When I plan something in the end I don’t do anything I planned. I’m motivated only when I’m doing something spontaneous.
People who schedule their lifes are more self-disciplined and organizded, but they have to remember to don’t schedule all life because that isn’t good. The best option is to be half organizded and half spontaneous. Don’t be too much first or second.
Plan will be good for me cause I’m person who always do everything on last minute , I don’t know why but then I have motivate . In my head are things like „I have to do it”.
I think that setting hours of sleep (when you wake up and go to bed) and stick to it are so beneficial. I admire people who can do this, that is so positive sill. Taking time to be active and be with family is so important, because more and more people forgetting about it. In pandemic every teeneger spend more time on Internet and It’s hard return to normal.
I’m not convinced to this plan, but I think I can try to stick to it.

I think I need such a schedule. I like to have all things organized and know what are my plans for every day. It also helps me to motivate myself to do something. In my opinion, the benefit of this kind of scheme of the day is that If you have a schedule like that it makes you don’t forget about stuff and you can have sure that you have done what you should have done. I think the cons of having everything organized in every detail it can ruin all of your plans when some part would go wrong. Spending less time on my phone would be definitely beneficial for me. I could take this time to go out more. Also, regular meals and a healthy sleep routine would bring me only positive after-effects and be good for my body. The thing I would change in this schedule is to spend more time with friends in exchange for reading for example. Hanging out with friends brings me a lot more fun and joy than spending time alone even with a good book. I think I wouldn’t have a problem sticking to such a plan. In this kind of situation (knowing that I have very specific plans) I know that I would do everything that I should do to can check every point of my schedule.

In my opinion such a plan like that is helpful for person which don’t know what to do, but not for me. In my day off I like to do a lot of things, activities which I wouldn’t do if I have the schedule like this one because of lack of time. Stick to appointed hours can make you stress which may have negative impact on your health and mood. Moreover acting by such the plan after some time would become boring and monotonous. However, such the plan also have the positive sides. By this plan you can be more organized and productived in this what you doing. Another positive thing is go to bed quite early. It could be benificial for me cause I go to sleep after midnight and it isn’t good for my health. If I could change anything in this schedule it be a first point. We can wake up and get ready earlier, maybe from 7 to 8 AM. I know that almost no one enjoy get up early in days off, but I think it is better option. Teenagers need from 8 to 10 hours of sleep. So if we go to bed at 10 PM and wake up at 8 AM we are rested and productive cause our organism regenereted in this time. It also can makes our day longer. I don’t think I could stick to such the plan cause schedules aren’t for me. I don’t like to work with appointed hours. When I want to do something I just do it.

According to my own experience, schedules like this one are really useful. When you have a whole day planned you are much more productive because you do everything you wanted to and you’re not postponing things for later. You can also get enough sleep if you plan your day well. Negative side of schedules is that it’s hard to do anything spontaneous because you have every hour planned and you’ll have to forgo doing something if you want to do something else. In this schedule I really like the “Quiet Time” and “Wind-Down Time”. It’s time just to relax and do something good for ourselves. Self-care is important and beneficial, so I’m glad that time for it is included in this schedule. Personally, I think that there aren’t any “not beneficial” points in this schedule, although I would modify it for myself a bit. For me, 10 PM is way too early to go to sleep so I would change it to at least 12 PM. Overall, it’s a very good schedule and with my little modification I could stick to it but only on weekends because my workweek is too spontaneous, and schedules just aren’t working at all.

I think I don’t need a schedule like that. I have everything well organized and I remember everything important and essential. This plan is very useful for disarrange and lazy people, so not for me.
In my opinion about such a plan, organization is positive. Everyone can also save time. Nothing in the plan will definitely be forgotten and have more time for something. I do more things I like than I have to do. The negative about such a schedule is that I get up and go to sleep at a different time every day, so it isn’t constant. Furthermore, every activity takes more or less time depending on the day. Most favorable points for me are eat dinner and clean up at 6.30 PM. Go sleep at 10 PM is also significant for me. In this way I am rest on the next day. Wake up at 9 AM and do homework at 10 PM not be beneficial for me. I like to get up when I want to, not when I must. I prefer to do homework in the evening, because then I feel better than earlier. I would change in schedule wind-down time and bedtime routines. I think first activity should be earlier, because I prefer to rest morning. Bedtime routine take shorter in my case, so I need less time for it than is appointing.
I think that I couldn’t stick to such a plan. I hate routine in my life and change the course of the day from time to time.

- I think I don't need such a schedule just because I prefer to do random things throughout my day. Also without using a schedule I can feel more free and don't have the feeling I need to do something.
- such a plan has also a good side of it, for example its impossible to forget to do something and you will also be most likely always on time for your appointment
- we can't forget about the negative sides of such a plan. In my opinion the biggest backdraw is the feeling that you need to always do something, you will think about it trough the whole day
- I think that the second and fourth point would be the most beneficial for me because in this points I can learn something and train my brain by learning for example English or reading a book
-I think that fifth and sixth point would not me beneficial for me because in this time of the year going outside for a walk could end with an twisted ancle because of the ice on the sidewalks.
- in my opinion the sixth point isn't necessary i would replace it by some time with my friends or family for example. By doing it you can train your social skills
-I don't i could stick to such a plan because of school which takes away the most time from my day. I like to go to sleep after school

I definitely should get a schedule like that because I am such a disorganized person. Sometimes I must write a reminder to do something because I usually forget about everything I must to do. The best part of this plan is that you can plan your all day and do not worry about forgetting something or getting bored. Your whole day is planned! Also I like that in plan you must go to sleep and wake up in a the same, established time. It will very help my biological clock, because sometimes i go to sleep at 6am and wake up at 2pm which is very unhealthy and does not work well with normal, school days. The one negative I have to it is that after doing it everyday it can probably get monotonous and you will get dull. Preferably in the whole plan I would like to change is the quiet time. I would rather do them late, before sleeping. I will not back from the chill and sleepy time to a rest of the day, I preferably do it before sleep. In the end I think I don't want to use a schedule like that because I want to have an interesting, not monotonous life.

1. I think I don't need a schedule to be organized. Writing these types of schedules is a waste of time.
I prefer to plan everything spontaneously.
2. It is certainly easier to remember about everything. We can plan many events in advance. We can always give someone our schedule so that they know what our plans are for each day.
3. For me there are more negatives than positives. First, you can get bored of it quickly. When everything is planned, we simply stop being interested in it faster.
4. I think the most advantageous point will be to play the puzzle, because I have been wanting to go to the Olympics for 10 years, I just have to learn how to make a puzzle first.
I'd definitely miss the point of taking a shower. who needs water. Other than this point, I would definitely not use a reading point. I don't understand what people see in it, I would definitely choose movies
5. I would definitely change the hours of getting up in this. You should get up two hours later than on schedule. then I would lose an hour to go to bed, I think the next two hours would not hurt anyone.
6. I could try to take on such a challenge, but I think after a few hours I would lose interest in it. Besides, I would probably skip a lot of points just to lie down and watch the tik tok

1. I know I need a schedule, because my day isn’t organized. I was trying stick to the daily schedule so many times, but I can’t do it. I always find something “better” to do. Anyway I think schedule could make my life easier and more productive, but I’m too lazy for this.
2. I think there is so many positive things, like for example: when you’re forgetful, you could note something what you have to do in this schedule. Another positive reason for which you could do a plan is daily productivity. People don’t spend time for doing important things to them, as often as not they spend time on their smartphone or sth, when they could develop passions, spend time with family etc. and schedule could help them with organizing time to they have time for everything.
3. You have to be systematic and have got time for doing this plan.
4. The beneficial point for me is probably doing exercise. I like doing this, but I have to be motivated and do it regularly. The same with reading books. I love reading, but I don’t have time for this.
5. I think that when you have organized everything in every detail it can ruin all of your day, when you don’t do something.
6. I would change the time of getting up. I don’t like wake up early.
7. No, definitely not. I’m so unorganized person. I can’t stick to the plan. I like spontaneousness and I dislike routine, I think it’s boring.

1.I think that it isn’t for me.I guess I would need such a schedule because my days would be a lot more productive, but I know that I wouldn’t keep this longer than a week.
2.It's really well organized. This plan includes time spent with other people but also rest alone which I consider very important. I really like the idea of reading books with lit candles before going to sleep.
3.This plan also has some negative sides. I like doing some spontaneous things and this schedule doesn't predict anything beyond activities contained in it. Also I don't like scheduled days because I think about it all the time and I’m stressing that I will not be able to do all the activities in the planned time.
4.The most beneficial to me would be getting active because I'm not very active during the days so it isn’t very healthy. Also I think that more time to study would have a very good effect on me. The quiet time is a really good idea too because I don't really spend a lot of time relaxing without a smartphone or laptop.
5. I think that waking up that late wouldn't be beneficial to me. When I wake up at like 9 or 10 am I’m feeling dead. I dont have the strength to do anything and I would like to go back to sleep. When I get up earlier I’m happier and more productive.
6.I would change the time of waking up as I wrote before. Also I would change the time to go to sleep because I fall asleep later than 10 pm.
7.Like I wrote at the beginning I would stick to this no longer than 7 days. I think that I would be very proud of myself if I stick to this longer. When I have something scheduled, it’s always end up giving up on this plan. I just can’t live a day with a very detailed routine like this. I think that I would be bored with the look of my days. But I think I should introduce some activities from this plan into my daily life.

•I think this schedule is alright to people who can’t organise their time. In my opinion, this plan is such detailed for me so I might try this because of my problem about manage the time.
•The positive thing of this is that, when people have an option to do all of their stuff in specified time, on the other hand the bad point is that when someone would have self-blame (when he or she thinks they’re not enough and can’t do things)
•Someone told me lately about this mindfulness exercises so I think I would do this to make my life easier. It would be beneficial to me.
•I guess this plan is savory so everything would be beneficial. I like to plan my day like this so I am more productive than in the day when I am uncalculated.
•Maybe I would give more time on the social media (it is hard to our generation to spend on it only two hours)
•I think I could use it because I have a lot to do and it would help me. My plans are often different (it depends on the day) so it would be great to have this schedule.

1. I think i don't need a schedule like this, becouse I almost always know what I have to do. I think that even if I had such a schedule, I wouldn't adhere to the schedule.
2. First positive is that you will never forget what you have to do, the second and the last might be that you always have everything in order
3. There aren't many dislikes, i think that the biggest is that you can never do something spontaneously because you always have everything settled. Another negative is that the schedule becomes monotonous over time.
4. Most beneficial for me are go to bed early and get up earlier, but I would also benefit from a point with time for homeworks.
5. Only a quiet time point would be a disadvantage for me, because I just don't like doing such things. The rest of the points that I didn't mention in the previous question is indifferent to me.
6. Only think I would change is exchange is quiet time for more electronic, becouse of reasons from answer above.
7. I think I could stick to such a plan but it would be hard and unpleasant for me.

In all honesty I don’t need to plan my day like this. It’s because I always forget to stick to the plan. Even if I don’t use schedule like this, I rarely forget to do what I have to do. Positive thing about such a schedule is that it helps to plan a day for many unorganised people. Plenty of us don’t need it because we have planned day automatically. Defect of this schedule is that you do the same every day it’s becoming tedious. Most of people need to do different things each day. Getting active would be beneficial point to me because I’m indolent person. Physical acivity is essential not only for your body nevertheless for your mental health too. Probably redundant for me would be points with food because I eat when i feel the need to do so. I often don’t eat dinner or lunch because I already ate something before or I’m just not hungry. I would reduce time schedule because when i plan something during the day I just do it when I want. As I mentioned I wouldn’t probably stick to the plan. I do my work when I want to do it.
