1.Me and my best friends has really a lot extra classes after our lessons at school. Unfortunately, when I have a dance lessons they are free and when I am off they are busy. This year it’s really difficult for us to meet during the week, so we try to get together every weekend. Fortunately, we live in 21st century, so we have very easy access to social media that we can use all the time to be in touch with our friends. Me and my friends usually use messenger and Snapchat to contact each other. We can call, talk on face time, record voice message or write to each other on the chat. I think that social media makes it easier to contact with whole world and I cannot imagine and that there would be no such thing.
2. I remember when I was a scout, at camps by the sea we threw letters into bottles, that we were a shipwrecked and that they would help us and call for a given number. I know it was a joke, so if I found such a letter by the Polish seaside, I would not believe it because there are very few islands on the Baltic sea, so the ships have nowhere to crush. If I will be abroad and saw a letter that really look like request for rescue e.g. it would be written by blood I guess I would be very worried and I would report this matter to the local police as soon as possible. 3.Personaly, I do not have any friends on the internet, at most a colleague, so we sometimes write or talk, but I believe that such a friendship over the internet is possible and that you can have a best friend also on the internet. We lives in times when we have so many ways to contact each other on different amazing apps. Very often on one application, we are able to communicate with each other on many ways such a writing, talking, calling, calling on face time or recording voice messages. In my opinion a friend in the internet can be compared to real friend.
4. I believe that the best option will be to realize that these people are very close to each other, so they should reach a compromise as soon as possible. It is important to be the first to reach out with consent, so that the person will show that he wants to reconcile. Such people should meet in real life and clarify everything. It is important not to attack the other person, but to let them explain their opinion in peace. It is also important to meet in real life, because we are not able to express all our feelings by writing on the chat.
5.There are two things to make me really happy; dancing and buying a new plants. I have loved to dance as long as I can remember. It is my way to explain myself, and it’s not like I dance only ballroom dance, because I am learning modern dance and jazz for myself too. Plants are my second favorite interest. At the moment, I have 23 lovely plants of different types in my room. I really like them all, but the most I love ceropegia woodii, pilea glauca and calathea. I am a little bit crazy about it.
6. I'm starting to think about my dreams. One of them is live in Paris with my friends in one of the atmospheric, French tenement houses. I love the atmosphere of Paris, I find it very pleasant and magical in this place. My other dream is to rent a camper with friends in the united states and tour the whole country, because I think the U.S.A have many places worth seeing, i wouldn't be able to decide where to go. It makes me feel really relaxed and calm down. I am type of the person who loves to dream.

1. How do you stay in touch with your friends?1

I think that in mine century is difficult to lose touch with my friends. Why? Because we can communicate through internet and social media. We can text and call to each other. I love to make eye contact with my friends, so I prefer to meet with them. Unfortunately, sometimes we just do not have time and then social media become useful. When my friends feel blue, I must meet them but when we just can text with each other that is make my life easier.

2. What would you do if you found a message in a bottle?

That is sounds like an extremely easy question. I will be astonished. Why? I am used to message in bottle in tale. I will feel like a princess. A message in bottle cannot be hazardous, so I just would open it and read a message. Someone needs help. My prince on the ship needs help.

3. Do you consider your online friends as real friends? Why? /Why not?

I do not have online friends, but I will try to put me in the person who have online friends shoes. This is hard. When I meet with someone, I can touch them, and you know just feel that they are close to me. I do not know if I could set up such a contact with the person which I met by social media. It depends on this person. When he will make me feel good, I will text and call to him every day.

4. What is the best way to end an argument with a friend?

I rare argument with my friend. When this happens, we will fix it very rapidly. We know that when we talk about it, we fix it. Sometimes we cannot talk to each other and that is the problem. At times, we want to jump down each other's throats, but we know that we love each other, and it just cannot may happen.

5. What makes you feel good? Why?

A lot of things make me feel good. I just must feel comfortable and safe. When I am with people who I love I feel like this. Sometimes their get on my nerves but I love their and I feel ecstatic with them. I must feel safe with people who I love, because when I do not feel like this, I do not trust these people and I just feel weird with them.

6. How do you cheer yourself up when you are upset?

The question has a lot of answers. I love to gaze in sky. That is make me feel relieved. Then I think about that what make me feel like this, and I just feel peace. I love to talk with my friends about that what make me feel upset. They help me to figure out this. You know sometimes a problem is insurmountable, but I know that they are close, and I can count on their help.

1. I’ve staying in touch with my friends by my phone. For example by using social media like messenger, snapchat or viber to maintain contact with my friends form another nation. This is a easy version of letters. We can make small talk faster because we don’t have wait all month to get a response, and of course we don’t have to be close to each other but it give us the impression that we are.
2. If one day I found a letter in a bottle by chance I would be really surprised for sure and of course I would open and try to read it. When I will discover what’s has been written on the letter I think I would start overthinking about the letter, means of life and of course when somebody was sending it and what can I do with him or whether someone who send is still live and if he or she waiting for respond.

3. I don’t have friends like that because I’m a person who must have a physical contact or just communicate face-to-face for sure not by phone. People only this way can be real so I think for me online friends it’s not the real ones. Friendship like this don’t look like ones for life and they can’t make you fell beloved, safe or even not alone. They give you false imagine about being in a relationship and it would make you a introvert whose close for the world. So in my opinion it’s not good for us and we don’t even know whose on the other side so it can be dangerous,

4.I think the best way is that one when two of side start listening the other one and try to figure out whats the point of all this situation. Then get across our opinion given that we can be wrong. We must to stay calm and think before we say something. When both side start take in what’s went wrong and then they can reach an agreement.

5. Dance make me feel good even fabulous and free. I can be lead role with my own performance. When I dance everything just doesn’t matter and for a while I can fly with my own dreams. I feel like I can do everything and be everyone. Dancing helps me when I’m feeling a bit down In the dumps, makes me powerful and happy again.

6. When I feel upset I dance or meet/call my best friend whose always make me smiling. This things cheers me up and I stooped worried sick about things which just doesn't matter. Sometimes would help me just a daybreak of everything and I think every person must have days like that one to stay positive and calm.

I stay in touch with my friends by texting, calling and meeting. Everyday I text or call my close friends, so we can be up to date what's going on in our lives. But when we have enough free time, we hang out - we do some parties or we just meet to talk to each other. I prefer meeting to texting or calling, I like seeing people that I care about and talking to them face to face more than I like just seeing them on social media.
If I find a message in a bottle I will pull out a message and I will read it. I will be curious what people wanted to tell each other a lot of years ago. Probably I will also publish photos of it on social media so more people have the ability to "contact the past". I think it would be a good idea to pass on that message in a bottle to some museum.
Now I haven't got any online friends. But two years ago I had one online friend and I considered him as a real friend, we were close and he was an important person in my life. I think online friends are real friends because the fact that we don't see someone in reality doesn't change someone's feelings about us. Online friend can also help us by texting or phone calls, we can tell him/her everything about us that way and trust him/her. So I think not the way of contact is the most important but the relation between two people.
In my opinion the best way to end up an argument with a friend is to find a solution good for both of friends. Screaming and being stubborn isn't a good idea, the best way is to listen to each other, try to understand someone's feelings, show empathy and spell out our needs, our feelings, our position in that situation. Maybe there is not any perfect solution which in 100% will please both of people but there is always a solution which gives them what they need partly and you have to find it.
Lot of things make me feel good. Mostly, there are my friends and my family because having these people in my life makes me feel loved, safe and never alone. Listening to music and reading books also makes me feel good because I can forget about the whole world around me and just relax, calm down. When I reach my goals I feel good too because it makes me feel proud of myself and value.
It depends on the reason of bad mood. Sometimes to cheer up I just go meet with my friends and have fun with them; sometimes I need to talk with someone about my problem; sometimes I prefer to be alone and write about my problem on paper to throw it out and feel relieved. To cheer up I just do things I like - listening to music, reading books, learning some subjects, meeting people, shopping, eating things I like. But I never pretend a problem doesn't exist - I always look for a solution and plan what I will do about it and the most effective method to cheer up is finding that solution.

1.How do you stay in touch with your friends?

I meet my friends every weekend. We like to hang out in our houses to talk, watch films, play board games or to do parties. We also spend time together outside, but during winter we do it rarely because of low temperatures. I prefer meeting my friends face to face but during the week I am quite busy because of school so I keep in touch with them by social media. My favourite social media to stay in touch with my friends are messenger and snapchat. We often send each other pictures and texts.

2.What would you do if you found a message in a bottle?

Actually, I never thought about it but I think that I would read the letter to find out what it is about. But I guess I wouldn’t take it seriously because anyone can write what they want so the information don’t have to be real. But it still would by a magical moment to find a message in a bottle like in the films and serials so I think that I would keep the letter as a remembrance. It would remind me of a special moment in my life. I am not sure if I would tell someone about the letter or just kept it to myself, I guess it depends on the content of the letter.

3.Do you consider your online friends as real friends? Why? /Why not?

Definitely not. I don’t trust people who I met on the Internet because you can write or tell everything in the Internet because you feel anonymous. I prefer using social media to stay in touch with my friends and family not to get to know new people. Like I said earlier I prefer meeting people face to face. I want to hear someone’s voice, look into someone’s eyes, just “truly” get to know. I think that online friendship doesn’t exist because it is not that reliable. Furthermore, I think that it could be dangerous sometimes because you never know who you will be fighting.

4.What’s the best way to end an argument with a friend?

In my opinion the best way to end an argument with a friend is compromise. I believe that every problem can be solved by talking. You need to listen what the other person thinks and how he/she feels. Don’t judge him/her, try to understand your friend. You should, assumed that both of you made a mistake because people are not perfect and you shouldn’t blame one side. By following these tips is much easier to make up. And always remember that you friends are important to you so there is no reason to argue and be offended.

5.What makes you feel good? Why?

There are a lot of things that make me feel good. One of them is dancing. That’s my hobby since I was five and I love it. By dancing I express my feelings and because of that I am more confident about who I am and that makes me feel good. I also like spending time with my friends and family because by this I realize that I have people who likes/loves me and that make me feel that I am important for someone and it just make me happy. I also feel good when I reach my goals or fulfil a dream because it makes me feel successful and satisfy.

6.How do you cheer yourself up when you are upset?

Actually, the basic activities can cheer me up. For example, eating food that I like and watching Netflix. They seem to be simple but they can make you feel better. I also like listening to music (especially sad songs) and dancing because that helps me with managing my emotions. Moreover, I like to talk with my best friend or my mum about how I feel. By their advice I know what to do and I feel better for sure.

1. I stay in touch with my friends by social media. I think it’s the easiest way to communicate with them, because almost everybody nowadays has a phone and they respond really quickly. Unfortunately in this time I can’t meet with my friends that often as before, because of covid. It was my favorite way to keep in touch with friends, because I had eye contact and stuff. The most important thing in meeting friends is feeling their emotions while they are talking.
2. If i’ll find the bottle with letter, which will be strange because it’s XXI century, not like XIX and I don’t know who sends it nowadays. But by chance, if I’ll find one, then I will try to read this and if it will be addressed to somebody, then I will try to find that person and try to pass the message to someone. But if the letter will have not recipients, then I will try to read it once again and think more about it and try to find the punch line of this text. Maybe I should hand over it to museum or police?
3. When I was younger, I’ve been playing games a lot, and I didn’t have many friends in real life, but in those games I’ve met new friends that I was talking with them almost everyday. This friendship didn’t last too long, because it was ending in about few weeks or months. I had a friends that I was playing with over year. But where they my real friends? The answer is no. I didn’t known them almost at all and I didn’t felt like I can’t live without them. They was indifferent for me. I know some people are meeting each other with their internet friend, in real life, but once they met, for me they are not only internet friends.
4. I think the best way to end argument is to compromise, about thing that we are arguing about. It may be not easy, but we all have to give some reasons why, we should do that instead of accommodating each side. If you are arguing about something it’s not the best way to try at all cost proving your right, even if it’s true. You should just end conversation.
5. At this time when we all are sitting in home, when outside is cold and dark and the mood is depressing. My best way to make me happy is meeting with friends, even like 30 minutes make my mood better. Also I really like to cook to feel good, because I don’t think about problems, the best part of cooking for somebody is, when this person try’s it and telling me, that’s good. So complimenting also makes me happier.
6. When I’m upset, to fell better I talk to my friends. Really, this makes me fell better. When I don’t want to go somewhere outside, I’m just staying at home with nobody else and watching some series or old films. The unusual thing that calms me down is sewing. Yes I really like to sew some things on pants or hoodies and everything around me is peaceful.

1. These days, I stay in touch with my friends thanks to messenger. It allows us to communicate by facechatting and writing short messages. I don't like the way that we are made to communicate now due to the virus etc. but this is the only way to preserve our friendship and without a doubt I use it very often. I suppose that now it is the only way I keep in touch with my friends.
2. It depends on what would be written on the message. If it was a call for help I would propably contact with some people that could give help to the person who needs it. If it was some kind of an old message to friend or wife I would read it and keep it for myself as a souvenir from old times. Anyway I would certainly keep the bottle for myself also as a souvenir and place it somewhere in my room.
3. I don't have any online friends but if I had one I would not place him/her on the same place as my real friends. The first reason why, is that I know my real life friends very well and it took us some time to create a well working friendship and now we are on a level that we expect us to be. Also I think I couldn't trust an internet friend on hundred percent and it would definetly slow down the development of our relation. In my opinion an online friend could not be a reliable person and easily fool you into even some worse trouble.
4. First of all it is worth talking and trying to solve the problem in a polite way. You both have to accept the conflict and take both opinions seriously and overthink it. Solution might be easier than you think and the whole argument may just be a waste of time. If you have any solution on mind you have to propose it and propably it would fit both of you.
5. Playing minecraft makes me feel very good. I feel relaxed when I build something with my friends and it always makes me feel better. Thanks to some computer games such as minecraft I get away from things that stress me out, but there are also some games such as League of Legends which are more stressful than my everyday life so I definetly wouldn't advise getting into it too much.
6. Most of the time I eat some food that I like and it significantly cheers me up. Sometimes I also watch TV or Netflix but it doesn't help as much as eating. When the weather is nice I like to go out and stroll around the town. I like to be in my own company it helps me to clear my mind. When I think I get much calmer and my mood gets much better in a short time.

1. I’m trying to hang out with my friends as often as possible, but now, during a pandemic, everyone has to limit contacts with others. So I keep in touch with my friends by chatting, calling or talking on FaceTime. Of course, nothing can replace real face to face contact but allows it to maintain any contact, especially nowadays. I cannot imagine how people would keep in touch if the pandemic occurred decades ago.

2. I would probably be very shocked because such things don't happen very often. I would definitely open the bottle and read the message. If it wasn't a joke but a call for assistance, I would report it to the emergency services. And if it was just a joke, I would add something on that sheet and throw it back into the sea. Maybe someone will find it and have a riot.

3. I don't have many internet friends, I met most of them while at camps, or they just live far away from me. I don't trust people I've never seen in my life writing to me on the internet because you never know who is on the other side of the screen. Everyone on the internet feels unnamed, so they can give false data and masquerade.

4. In my opinion, the best bet to end a dispute is to lend an ear to each other. It is important to know what has offended the other person. Then it is worth reaching a compromise and looking for solutions so that such quarrels do not occur. Sometimes you have to admit to yourself that you were wrong and go along with the other person. If you really care for this person, do your best to make you end up being at loggerheads with a common point of view for the future, which will allow you to be a better friend.

5. Hanging with friends and family makes me feel important, needed and loved. Often talking to another person enables us to let go of what bothers us and allows us to find a problem-solving to this setback by objectively looking at it by the other person. Another thing that makes me feel good is developing my passions. Making music and doing sports are things that help me keep it light and steady my nerves.

6. When I'm upset, I usually meet my friends to cheer myself up. We strike a blow for each other when we need it, and we always find a way to console one of us. Sometimes when things don't go my way, I let go a little and do things I like — read books, watch films or TV series or go rollerblading. However, sometimes the best remedy for sadness is — apart from talking to your loved ones — sleep. When I wake up everything seems a little less complicated.

1. .One of the contact options are applications like facebook, messenger .I personally use messenger and discord on computer. Discord is a voice communicator often used to communicate while playing . I also use it to communicate with my friends during games.
2. In the first place, I would be surely surprised and I would not know what to do with the situation.Usually in fairy tales, movies, books it is shown that people with some problems have sent such messages.Most likely, I would inform an adult about it, e.g. parents.Then it is possible that I would submit it to the services where the person from the letter might have problems.
3. At the moment, I do not have such friends. If it came to such a situation that I would have such a friend, I would not treat him in the same way as people I know personally. On the Internet, everyone is anonymous, theoretically until 3/4 of things can be reached, but in such situations it is difficult to quickly verify who we are talking to on the Internet. I believe that such knowledge can be risky.
4. The basic element in ending a quarrel is looking for a compromise, an attachment point.When we find a starting point, we need to try to find a solution to this conflict so that it would be beneficial for both parties.Personally, I rarely argue. I try to be a conflict-free person.
5. Playing games with friends makes me feel very good.I feel relaxed when i play some games with friends. Playing games also has its negative sides, because some games instead of de-stressing it even more stress and such games include League of Legends, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. In addition to playing computer games, this form of relaxation is listening to music or sports.
6. This is a tough question for me because I don't have such a way to comfort myself. I usually do what I want, i.e. if I want to, I watch TV or play on the computer and etc.Recently, such a "let off steam" method was exercising on a punching bag.Listening to music is such consolation

1. These days, it’s hard to hang out with friends face to face because of pandemic situation, however there are so many easy ways to stay in touch with friends, from a simple phone call or texting a message to tagging each other in funny pictures on Instagram or Facebook. I use Messenger the most, I am texting and making video calls with my friends. Most people have smartphones(so do I), that have video calling capabilities, which allow me to see and be seen by my friend during our conversation. In my opinion, making video calls is the best way to stay connected because they allow me to keep in touch visually, and simply provide a greater feeling of togetherness, no matter our actual distance.
2. If I found a letter in a bottle I would read it for sure. My actions would depend on the content of the letter. For example, someone could ask me for help or just write something about himself. If it was the first one, I would go to the police, because someone could be in trouble etc. If it was the second one, I would probably think about this person, who he is, if he is still alive etc. For sure, that would be an uncommon situation for me, but I would be thrilled about it.
3. I don’ t have online friends and I don’t want to have one. In my opinion, online friendships are fake. We are never sure, who is on the other side. People on the internet can pretend to be nice and funny, but in the real world they can be dangerous psychopaths. Friendship is about trust, and it takes a lot of time for me to trust someone in “real life”, so I am sure that it would take centuries to trust someone on the internet. However, there are people, who are in online friendship, so maybe this is possible, but definitely not for me.
4. I seldom fight over something with my friends, but when I do, I don’ t end an argument until it will be solved. It is important to mark our feelings and needs! I hate when someone cuts the argument short, because the tension remains. Arguing is unpleasant, and I don’t like it, but the tension that remains is even worse. It is important to act politely, I do not scream at my friend, because that makes it worse! I try to find an agreement, which will satisfy both sides.
5. First of all, my family and my friends, they make me feel special. My family and I are close to each other, we hang out really often, so we have a really strong bond. Friends are important for me too, we have known each other for 10 years(over half of our life), so we are really close to each other, we are never sick of each other, we can do literally nothing, and we are not bored, because we are together. I also feel good, when I reach my long - awaited goals, that makes me feel valued, especially when someone don’ t believe in me, that makes me proud of myself even more.
6. The best way to cheer myself up, when I am upset is first of all, finding a solution. I often go to my mum, and she always knows what to do, so she advises me. I’m so thankful to have her. Although, sometimes, I don’ t have influence on things that make me sad, they just happen, in these situations I hang out with my friends and just try to have some fun.

1. Today we have lots of things that can help to stay in touch, for example social media. With my friends I almost always use Messenger to stay in touch, we can text eachother and call with or without a video. Exept texting we obviously meet in real life, usually in weekends but sometimes in weekdays too. We watch movies together, go shopping or just talk.
2. First I would be very excited about what and from who i'll be. I don't think that nowadays we would see something like this. If yes then I would immediatly open it and read the message. I hope that in my life I'll see a message in a bottle.
3. First of all, personally i don't have any online friends, but I think it wouldn't be a real friend. A real friend can meet and talk in real life. Online friends can lie about their life, age or something like this. They maybe can help but in some situations in our life there have to be someone close.
4. I think the best way to end an argument with a best friend is just to talk about the thing that we're close and we couldn't live without eachother. I remember that the longest fight that i had with my best friend was just for maximum a week. We just couldn't do anything without thinking about eachother and we missed eachother. In the end one of us always came to the other and say that we shouldn't fight cause it's stupid and we came back to eachother.
5. The thing that makes me feel good is to make something to eat, something that i've never made before. I like doing an experiments with food and if it ends up good I'm proud of myself. Actually cleaning my room makes me feel good too. Sometimes I just start cleaning up without any special reason and when I finish i'm happy that i finally did it.
6. When I'm upset and I want to cheer myself up I mostly eat. Sometimes I watch a TV series or movies. Often I turn on my song playlist, lay on the floor in my room and just stare at ceiling. It really relaxes me and helps me to not think about anything.

How do you stay in touch with your friends?

We live in difficult, pandemic times and I think that we need more contact with another people. Staying in touch with our friends makes us feel z little bit more normal. Most of it is texting or calling. It’s not the same as face to face contact but it makes meeting more exciting. Paradoxically I have better contact with my best friend than earlier. We talk on FaceTime for about 6 hours even when we don’t talk all of this time we feel that we spent time together.


What would you do if you found a message in a bottle?

If I found a message in a bottle firstly I probably would call my best friend. Then we would open this bottle and check what is in there. Then we would read this letter. I can picture a love letter like in romantic comedy. From the other hand it could be message with request about help.

Do you consider your online friends are real friends?

I don’t think online friends could be real friends. It’s not the same as meet someone live. I think on the internet you can’t really know the other person, you don’t know her / his habits and you can’t read emotion. You know only this what this person told you. You never know who is on the oder side, is this person real and if is, is she / he really like this in real life.


What’s the best way to end an argument with a friend?

In my opinion there is no one way to end an argument with a friend. Everything depends of circumstances. If it is a big fight you should calm down, talk and try to find a solve of problem. If it is just discussion or exchange you should listen to arguments of other person and agree or disagree with them.


What makes you feel good?

I think there is no only one thing that makes me feel good. The most important for me are people. When I’m with my best friend we are never boring. We always find some creative way to spend time. They always get me in a good mood.


How do you cheer yourself up when you are upset?

When I’m upset I clean my room. It makes me calm and shift attention away from things which made me upset. If something in my life is unordered, I can have order in my room. Second way to make me feel better is McDonald’s. I’m always happy when I go to McDonald’s.

1. I stay in touch with my friends by meeting and texting them. My friends and I try to meet as often as possible. Unluckily most of us are busy during the week, so we have to hang out on weekends. Now, during the pandemic, sometimes it can be harder to meet with friends. Many places like restaurants or cinemas are closed, so we aren't able to meet there. Fortunately, even if we can't meet, we can still stay in touch thanks to social media. I usually contact my friends via Messenger or Instagram.

2. In such a situation, I would, for sure, be curious and surprised. Things like this are unusual these days. I would open the bottle and read the message. If it were a help request, I would tell about this to someone adult, like my parents. Then we could report it to an emergency service. If it were something more usual like a love letter, I would keep it as a souvenir.

3. I have just a few online friends, but I don’t consider them as my real friends. Most of the people I know from the internet are from other cities or even from other countries, so we live far from each other. If any of us would need help, the only thing we can do is a conversation, which is not always a solution for the problems. Also, most people are acting differently when they text than when they talk in real life. I think that I can’t call someone my real friend if I never met them in person.

4. I think that the best way to end an argument with a friend is a conversation. Sometimes we have to admit that we were wrong and agree with the other person. If we were right, we should try to tell this to the friend calmy and avoid starting an argument. Also, we should listen to each other and find some compromise, despite different opinions.

5. There are a lot of things that make me feel good. One of them is listening to music. In my opinion, music makes everything better. For example, when I listen to music while I clean my room or wash the dishes, I feel like time is going faster and the household duties are not that boring.

6. When I feel upset, I like talking about what is bothering me with my best friend or mum. They understand me really well and know how to make me feel better. What is also cheering up for me is listening to my favorite music and watching series or movies. While doing this, I can relax and for a moment forget about my problems.

1. It depends. I have a few close friends. I am keep in touch with my classmates from primary school, so we meet sometimes, about once a month for all day and we play games, watch films and cook together. Actually, I have one friend that I have known for all my life. We meet a few times a week or I just stay at her place for about 2 or 3 days in a row. As far as my classmates from high school are concerned I contact them by social media, for example by Messenger. We also sometimes get together to hang out or go skating or eat something out.

2. I don't exactly know what I would do, but I think if I found a message in a bottle, I would call my friend and ask what she suggests me to do. I think my reaction would also depend on the information content. I guess I would be very excited in this unusual situation.

3. I consider my online friends like acquaintances, but not close friends. I can't trust people that I know only from their stories they talk about themselves, or photos they choose to share with others. I consider as my friends only people that I know personally and over a long period of time.

4. Hmm... I don't argue with my friends frequently, so I don't exactly know how to end an argument. I rather quarrel with my brother. In such situations there are two options. We solve the problem my way or... I am rude to him until he apologises to me.

5. There are a few things, that make me feel good. One of these is taking a long bath. I turn the music on and relax in warm water full of bubbles. It helps me to forget about stress and frustration. Another idea is meeting with my friends and just talking about everything.

6. When I am upset I cheer myself up by listening to music, or watching some films, usually comedies. I also eat some chocolate and call my friends and we talk for a long time until I am in a better mood.

1. I maintain contact with friends when we play computer games and we talk on Discord- communication app, but in my opinion it isn't real relationship. If we text with somebody, we don't know his reaction. For example we don't hear voice and don't see facial expressions. So, I usually try hanging out with my friends and we spend a lot of time outdoors. When I communication face-to-face, I fell better, because I know that I have people around me. I stay in touch with my friends when I play basketball on courts or I go to volleyball training. I think team sports are the best solution if you want to keep in touch with people.
2. If I would find a message in a bottle, I will read it and I will check how I help person who wrote it. I would take this bottle and I would go to the police station. I think police ignore this kind of situation. So I would start to read in Internet about similar cases. Maybe, I would find more information about this message and bottle. For example It was a really old story and many people looked for these things.Of course, this message would be a simple junk or joke and I would lost my time.
3. I don't consider internet friends as real friends. In internet everybody may lay and fake everything. Sometimes people can masquerade, so we never know who text to us. When we have internet friends, we don't conversation face-to-face, so we don't see reactions and facial expression or we can't tone of voice. In my opinion meet with friends on live is so important, because a lot of things can't do in internet. For example, major talks or resolve conflicts.
4. In my opinion the best way to end an argument is compromised, because then both people have right. I always try to agree with a second person and in that I solve problem easier. When I argue with my friend, I listen second side, because I want to figure out another opinion. If you don't understand issue your friend, you never find a solution. I think that it's good to end an argument when both sides hang out on live and they talk honestly.
5.I feel good when I may meet with my friends. I enjoy the time when I am joking and laughing with them. They always brighten up my day. I love the feeling when I finish everything what I must and I have a lot of free time. I feel really cheerful when I can come back to home and I don't have to do any homeworks or study for exams. I am truly happy also if I play good matches with my volleyball team or I get a lot of positive marks.
6. When I am upset, I don't want to talk or meet with people. So, for example, I open the door and I walk the dog. It's so relaxing for me. Recently, when I am in this kind of situations, I am spending time alone. Sometimes I am watching the series on Netflix or scrolling Tik Tok. I always do this, because I don't want to give a bad emotions and energy to other people.

1.I use to meet my friends face to face. Mainly we played football or basketball but now we usually get in touch by sending messenges and video callings. Dispite difficulties I try to keep freequent contact with my close friends. I think this is important to talk to people we trust.
2.I don’t think this is possible because people nowadays don’t often send this kind of messange, but if I found one I would probably open and read it, I am curious by nature. If the letter was intresting and writen in a language I know, I probably would respond if there was a address I would send my messange to the writer if not, I would write something and throw the bottle in to the see.
3.I don’t have many online friends. Usually they are people I play computer games with. There is one boy who I often play with and for me he is my real friend. I chat with him not only about games but also about my private life. We even have common holiday plans. It’s hard to trust everyone you meet on the net, but if you find the right person you can start a real friendship even if you don’t meet in real life.
4.I don’t have much experience with making up argument because I don’t often agrue. But if I need to end u pan argument with my friend I will try to find solution as fast as possible because the longer argument lasts. The more difficult it is to finisz it. If it is my foult I try to apologise and promise to never doit again. Even if it is not my foult I also try to find the solution and start talking to a friend. I think life i too short to argue.
5/6. It is difficult to answer this question. Sometimes I feel good with no reason. I sometimes wake up in a good mood, I feel happy, full of energy. But there are days when I feel weak, angry and depressed. Maybe it is the influence of the weather. When it is warm, sunny day I feel much better then during dull, rainy day. I’m feel better when I meet my friends and spend more time outside. I’m a sports person so when I win a game I’m satisfied. But when I feel down I prepare my favourite steak and watch netflix serial. This is usually helps to improve my mood. Another think which helps me to cheer my self u pis phisical workout like running, doing push-ups, weight lifting and think like that. After the trening my body is exhousted but my mind is fresh. When I don’t feel like doing anything I just turn on polish rap, beacuse I like these vibes and enjoy it’s climate.

1.Nowadays I mainly stay in touch with my friends via social networks and message apps like Messenger,Instagram and Discord.My communication with them is limited to short text messages and occasional video calls or voice chats.Obviously,I meet my friends in real life,but because of the pandemic restrictions it’s more difficult to meet and spend time together than before.In the past I used to go out with my friends to a restaurant every Friday,but now it is impossible,so my interactions with them are definitely more occasional and infrequent than they used to be.However, I try to keep in touch with them as much as possible ,regardless of the situation.
2.First of all I would definitely be very surprised,because things like these aren’t excessively common.Then I would open the bottle and check the message inside,it may contain some crucially important information or even better a treasure map.If it was like a callout for help,I would definitely report it to someone,but if it were to be my coveted treasure map I would definitely keep it to myself and set out to far corners of the globe in search of the vast riches that lay ahead.
3.I don’t consider online friends as real friends,in fact I have none such friends.I think that to call somebody a friend you must form a personal connection with them,and I don’t think that’s very likely to occur via the internet. Also forming connections solely on the internet runs a risk that you may get cheated by the other person, because in many instances you can’t verify that person in a physical world and so it isn’t very safe or honest.Also,friendships form from shared memories, I don’t necessarily negate the possibility of forming them in the virtual world,however I don’t think that they will be of the same value as the direct ones as the spectrum of interaction is significantly lower.
4.I think that the best way to end an argument with a friend is to present each other's point of view, and work out a compromise or at least the most sensible solution that will end the ongoing dispute.I think that arguments in overwhelming majority stem from mutual misunderstanding,so after everything has been settled between friends they should try to think up a solution that will prevent future quarrels.By that they will be more aware of each other and it will help them to build a healthier friendship in the long run.
5.One thing that makes me feel good is cycling.I enjoy it because it gives me a sense of freedom and adventure.When I’m feeling down I will usually go for a ride in the countryside to brighten up my day by physically separating myself from the everyday issues.It’s also especially helpful nowadays where most of my time is spend in confined spaces.It gives me opportunity to break out of this dreadful status quo, be active,free and to enjoy simple,beautiful things in life like good tarmac,tailwind and nature.
Another thing that sets my mood straight is meeting my friends and family.I find very soothing just to have a laugh or to share some stories within this very intimate circle.It’s also very helpful to seek their advice if I happen to have a problem,because I know that I can share my insecurities with them,and by that externalization of my feelings I feel less overwhelmed by them or they disappear completely.
6.When I’m upset I try to manage my anger personally,I try to be alone for some time to set everything in order in my head.I usually listen to my favourite music and lie in bed just to calm down,often by doing this I fall asleep and when I wake up everything seems simpler than it was before, I feel more energized and calm.Besides that I also do the things that I enjoy the most like cooking and eating my favourite meals and previously mentioned cycling.It sets me in my own comfort zone and helps in dissipating the anger.
