Nowadays, I think that the Internet is very popular and useful. The technology is developing all the time and it is present in our life. Even do easy action like shopping is done by the Internet. It has both advantages and disadvantages.
On the plus side, shopping online is very comfortable. If we do not have time to go to the shop, we have the posibility to order things to our house using a computer, a smartphone or a tablet.
Secondly, the store's websites offer more choices. If in the shop we cannot find something what we want, it can be bought on the website.
On the other hand, when we shop online we cannot touch products, see and try on them. I think it is important what material product is made of.
Secondly, when we order something by the Internet, it can be faulty, other than we exepted. Later, we can experience difficulties with the complaint and refund.
All in all, I prefer to shop stationary because I feel more confident when I see product which I am going to buy. I like this time when I spend my free time in a shopping centre with my parents or friends. For me, it is a pleasant atmosphere.

One major advantage of wearing a school uniform by children is the fact that kids do not have a possibility laughing at others poorer schoolmates who cannot afford designer and fashion clothes. Everybody has the same clothes so people do not see whether you are rich or poor. An additional advantage of wearing school uniforms is the fact that you do not have to worry about your school outfits. This is very convenient for busy people who do not have time to choose clothes every day and want to save money.
On the other hand, school uniforms may be frustrating for young people, because they do not like be forced to doing something and may feel a lack of freedom. Fashion may be a somebody passion and this solution can kill their creativity and hobby. Last but not least disadvantage of wearing school uniform is the fact that some schools do not allow to change clothes at different season. This is clearly illustrated by the fact that girls have to wear the same skirts for a whole year, even during a winter.
Taking all the arguments into consideration, the obvious conclusion to be drawn is that there is evidence that wearing school uniforms provide some benefits. However, there are also a lot of drawbacks of wearing school uniforms. Personally, I am convinced that this solution is not good.

Nowadays almost everyone of us has their own smartphone. This devices have many of wonderful facility, which we can use for our convenience, adapting them to custom preferences, what definitely makes our lives easier, but people also have to remember about some obvious and onerous drawbacks.
The most important advantage of mobile phones is that they give us a possibility to communicate with our friends and family by means of call and text messages, what especially has become useful in pandemic. Apart from this, smartphones can be our main information source, because thanks to them, we have a permanent possibility to search important stuff on available browser. In addition to this, we also have a prospect to use this devices to perpetuate unforgettable memories by the use of apparat. Phones are usually quite small, so we do not need much space to hide them in our pocket and take on a trip.
The opponents of smartphones claim that using these devices can be addicting, especially for lonely or always bored person. Particularly exposed are also children, as they have many of free time and by lack of adequate parental care, they can do themselves an injury. Besides, long looking at phone screen can cause exacerbate our sight, what might force us to buy a corrective glasses. What is more, smartphones can be really expensive, so no everyone of us is able to pick a top-shelf product.
Taking everything into account, I think we should be really careful, starting to use the smartphones more often during the day, but also I strongly believe, devices like these are useful, so in moderation, we should focus on developing this form of communication.

To recover the organism from acute or chronic fatigue, a suitable relaxation is required. There are two basic types of rest: passive and active. I would like to address the former. Passive rest has both advantages and disadvantages. I will try to support my thesis with the following arguments.
Passive rest has many advantages, for example you can relax and rest lying on the beach or swim in the pool. There are plenty of destinations that are loved by tourists, for example Egypt, with beautiful beaches, white sands and beautiful Red Sea. Next destination is for example Greece with many famous islands like Kos, Zakynthos and Rhodes. Choosing this form of relaxation, you can regenerate your thoughts and spend time in silence and blissful relaxation. An undoubted advantage is that when choosing this form, a person does not have to worry about anything other than sleeping, eating and sunbathing.
Passive rest lacks interaction with local nature. Sitting only in a hotel, we cannot get to know the real landscape of a given country, traditions and customs. Another disadvantage is the lack of exploring new places, monuments and places characteristic of a given country. For example, being in Egypt it is a sin not to visit the pyramids or Cairo. When being in Greece, it is hard to imagine not going to a traditional Greek tavern.
I think that with the above arguments I supported the thesis put forward by me. I personally think, that this type of rest it is not right for all people. It depends primarily on individual human preferences.

One of the few disadvantages of online shopping is that the products we ordered do not always look like the pictures. It seems to me that almost everyone around us has at home TVs, washing machine or fridge. I think that new technology available in our mobile phone is unusual .
The most important advantage of smartphones is access to many function. Many companies offer us new options to our phones. We can have everything that we want. In addition to this mobile phones is giving us access to the Internet. During visit in unknown city we can also use a GPS. That can help us to visit more interesting places. Apart from this when we have a friends many kilometers apart from us we can communicate with them. The internet giving us also a chance to learn new languages or new gymnastic pose. The options are endless. Last but not least is a possibility to listen and download music. That gives us a chance to listen favorites songs all time.
However having a smartphones have also a bad sides. The worst disadvantage is a fact that many people lost real relations with others within the last decade. Many of children have a depression caused by Internet or technology, because many of them believe that if they do not have a modern phone or tablet they do not cool.
Summing up, technology makes that our life is easier than before. Moreover gives us access to the modern life. Although smartphones have pros and cons, if we keep our mind we will enjoy it.

One of the most significant drawback is fact that school uniforms limit the individuality of students. Everyone has their own style and students have a need to show what they are. Clothing is our own showcase because everybody is different. Secondly, the big problem is that children quickly outgrow their clothes or destroy them and then it is an expense for parents. Students may feel limited and insecure when they cannot wear their own, favourite and colourful clothes.
Taking everything into consideration I think that school uniforms are too limiting and they can make students feel bad. It is important for people to be different.

If the web when you do the shopping is doubtful, there is a possibility that the company could have cheated you. When your order gets to you, the stuff could be wrong, broken or does not fit you. In this situation you must do the return or complaint. Usually it is not that thought and every clue is on the web. However, it could happen that you will not receive your money back.

On the other hand, we mustn’t forget about the disadvantages of this device. Frequent use of smartphones can lead to deterioration of our health. Using it too often at night and for many hours in a row can cause vision problems.
Apart from this, the phone can affect our social relationships. It can lead to serious addiction and can make us spend endless hours wasting time in front of the phone screen.
Last but not least, smartphones are devices that can be stolen very easily. In such a situation, we lose not only the device, but also all the data contained on it.
All things considered, it is a very complicated issue. Smartphones have their own strengths and weaknesses. In my opinon, they have changed our world and daily life irreversibly, but we should use them with reason.

In others, they are a contentious issue. In Poland they are mostly required in private schools. Let us consider the advantages and disadvantages of school uniforms.
One argument in favour is that, uniform make everyone equal. Uniform dress primarily helps children who are underprivileged. Uniforms will ensure that they do not feel inferior to their peers.
Secondly, uniforms make it clear who goes to a particular school. This makes children identify more with their school and makes it easy to spot people who come from other institutions.
Another advantage is practicality. When getting ready for school, you don’t have to waste too much time looking for clothes. Plus, school uniform will always be appropriate, no matter the circumstances.
On the other hand, the introduction of uniforms somehow limits the individuality of students. This can be especially problematic for older students, who often express their personalities through their dress.
Furthermore, some school do not allow changing outfits to match the season. Often, girls have to wear short skirts all year round, even in winter, and boys have to wear long trousers, even in summer.

What is more, when we have a phone with an internet access function, checking the news about the country and the world is much faster for us, because we can do it anytime and anywhere.

Nowadays many schools have given up on sports with rivalry on PE lessons. It is controversial topic to talk about because it has its supportives and opponents.
First of all, rivalry sports are good for smaller children in my oppinion. Young kids have to learn that they will not always win. If teachers teach them in younger age, they will have master their emotions during later life. It could be a very usefil skill. Another benefit is that kids have more fun during sports teams than when they have to do something alone. Usually they are smiling and laughing because it is intresting kind of experience for them. I used to play with my friends every day. I think it was the best time in my life.
On the other hand, many children are miserable and disappointed when they lose. Many parents teach their children how to get used to defeat. It can be very hard for them especially in young age so rivalry sports cannot be that good. Moreover, kids can be very agressive durig that kind of sports. Competition triggers violence in some of them. It can be very dangerous for weaker ones. Usually after that games many of them have bruises.
To sum up, the opinions are divided. In my opinio nit is good to have rivalry sports in school because it rushes adrenalinę. However, we have to find the balance.

Nowadays many young people choose universities far aways from their homes. It is controversial topic to talk about because it has its opponents and supporters.
First of all, it is very good for students who coose far away universities. If they learn how to be self-reliant and independent in their student lives, they will have master many skills for the rest of their lives. Students will have easier start for another chapter after iniversity. Second benefit is that sdudents need a brake from their parents. Many of teenagers and young adults usually argue with all family. This distance will teach them how to appreciate every moment with their relatives. They will miss each other soi t is very good solution for everyone.
However, some of sdudents do not want to be distant from their familes. Sometimes they go for this far away universities because it is the only place where they get in ort hey always dream about this academy. It is good for their brain but worse for their well-being. Moreover, when they are far away from their home they have to realy on themselves. When for example their car breaks down they not have help from enyone. Usually when we have hard time our family is near us but when we are in different cities they cannot suport us that well.
Tu sum up, the opinions are divided. As far as I am concerned I prefer near University because I want to have my family and friends close to me. We have to decide well when we are thinking of choosing our University.

Secondly, we don't think what we should wear every morning. School uniform usually consist of shirt, skirt or trousers and tie. Students don't have to wear something else. They can safe their time and sleep longer.

Secondly, it is a great way to learn at your own pace. At any time can we visit the needed websites and find a lot of things. Thanks for this we learn independently and we expand our knowledge. Moreover on the Internet we can find a lot of useful teaching materials. Often they are presented in an interesting way for example film or presentation. We can prepare better for the test.
On the other hand, online schooling limits contact with our friends. When we are in school we can talk in real life. It's impossible over the internet. Additionally, when we often use computers, we are harmful to health. We spoil our eyesight and crook our spine. It's not good.
All in all, online schooling is very comfortable and economical, but we must be careful. We should take a break and go outside.

The most important argument in favour of open-air concerts is the opportunity to see famous people and listen to their music live. It is a gorgeous idea because tickets they are mostly free and a lot of people might be interested in it. In addition to this, it is an outstanding solution for people wgo do not have any plans for the day. They can go there and spend the time differently than sit at home.
On the other hand, there may bee drunk people around us who can be dangerous and disturb us. We must take into account that someone may rob us, so we have to be careful and keep an eye on our things. Furthermore, when we spend a few hours outdoor we coulb fall ill because December is the time when the temperature frequently falls below zero, so we have to be warmly dressed.
Taking everything into consideration I think that open-air concerts are a very interesting solution to spending our free time and welcome New Year. Despite all disadvantages, city councils should organise performances like those.

The most important advantage in favour of attending these lessons is the possibility to change mental work to physical work. When students go to school they spend severalhours sitting and studying. Their organism has an opportunity to produce endorphins. Another very convincing argument is the fact that students can improve their physical fitness and take care of their figure. For many of them it is the only time when they exercise.
On the other hand, one of the most significant drawback of having physical education lessons is the fact that teachers give grades even though each of us has a different organism. Not everyone is good at all activities and it can be unfair for someone. Moreover, students may feel stale when a physical education lesson is in the middle of the class schedule or they can be too tired to learn effectively in later lessons.
Taking everything into consideration I think that physcial education lessons are needed because students have an opportunity to move and try different sports but I personally think that there should not be grades in this school subject.

One very convincing argument in favour of going on a demanding journey alone is the fact that traveler is more independent and he or she do not have to cooperate with anybody. For instance, if you are tired and you need a rest, you will rest when you need and no one will complain. Moreover, this kind of journey may be more satisfying. This is very pleasure feeling when you know that you achieved the goal oneself and nobody else helped you in this.
On the other hand, this kind of journey may be a very dangerous. You can not count on anyone’s help and in dangerous situation nobody will call the emergency so you must more careful and take more specialistic equipments. A further common criticism of setting off a demanding journey alone is the fact that if you had somebody who traveled with you, you would talk as well as joke with them. Travelers can also support each other.
Taking all the argument into consideration, the obvious conclusion to be drawn is that there is evidence that setting off a demanding journey alone provide some benefits. However, there are also a lot of drawbacks of this kind of travel. I am convinced that this is not a great solution.

New models have built-in camera, an MP3 player, etc. Another very convincing argument is sense of security being away from home but knowing that you have a smartphone with you and you have an opportunity to call for help if you will need it.
On the other hand, the most significant drawbacks in favour of having a mobile phone is the fact that people became vain and they want to have the most expensive smartphone at all costs, because nowadays it is for them the most important. Secondly, they started use them everywhere even if it is not absolutely necessary. It causes that people can not deal with face-to-face conversations and they build their own world distant from reality.
Taking everything into consideration, in my opinion technology like smartphones is very useful and necessary but people have no moderation and it is going the wrong way.

Nowadays, more and more people prefer lives in cities than in village. Life in a city has a lot of advantages, but it has disadvantages too.
Firstly, in a city are a lot of supermarkets or different shop. People, who live in a city have all what they need. This is a great help. Additionally, we can go everywhere by bus or train. It's good for people, who don't have to car.
Secondly, in a city are a lot of attractions for all. Children can go out to the playground and adults can go to the cinema or restaurant. People can also go for a walk in the park. Moreover, often in a city are different event for example concerts or matches.
On the other hand a city is very loud. In a city drive many cars and live a lot of people. Additionally, there are trains and trams. Sometimes there the bells are ringing. They are really loud. This is not a place for people who like silence.
Secondly, a city is very polluted, because there are a lot of factories. Due to the fact that there are many cars there, the air is polluted. In a city there aren't many plants, so air it isn't fresh.
All in all live in a city is very comfortable, but people, who like peace and quiet wouldn't feel well there.

Nowadays, almost everyone wants to have to sibling. Everyone wants a sister others a brother. Undoubtedly, it has advantages and it has disadvantages too.
Firstly, siblings are always supportive. When you have a problem, you can confide in sister or brother. They will definitely listen to you and they will help, when you need it for example in homework. It's very great.
Secondly, siblings will are always protect you. When someone will treat you badly, your sister or brother always help you. When you are afraid that someone will beat you up, your siblings will stand up for you.
On the other hand, we must share everything with our siblings. When we have the last slice of pizza, we have to cut it in half. Moreover, we must share money too. It's not good.
Additionally, younger siblings are often better treated than the older. Parents are unfairly and allow younger child to do more. They also buy him more gift. Often older child feel rejected.
All in all, i think that it's fun having siblings. Although, sometimes siblings argue, they always love each other.

Another very convincing argument is the fact that people who are shyer and not very talkative, can be at peace in their private place. They do not have a boss over them and they are with themselves.
On the other hand, one of the most significant drawbacks of working from home is the fact that people can get lazy by sitting in their pajamas all day, out of touch with the world, lacking of society and fresh air. Secondly, by spending a lot of time in front of the computer, people can have problems to concentrate, have back pain, neck pain and eye strain. They are also at risk of becoming addicted to the Internet.
Taking everything into consiedartion, I believe working from home is more comfortable and I would prefer to work like that because I do not like spending time with people.

Firstly, smartphones are really useful. Sometimes we have to send an important e-mail somewhere or check something on the Internet and we can do this using our mobile device. It's not just a phone from which we can only communicate with somebody. It is a cool gadget which allows us to play games, check news, watch videos and stuff like that. Another advantage of smartphones is that we can fit it to ourselves. In the industry there are many firms which make them. We can choose colours, sizes and types.
There are some disadvantages too. In fact smartphones can be dangerous. More and more people, especially teenagers use them on the streets and don't look aroud. It can cause a situation that they forget to stop before crossing the street.
Secondly, They are more and more expensive. Big corporations have been making newer models. Prices are higher because companies say that THIS smartphone is much better than previous one.
To sum up, I think that smartphones are really helpful and useful devices but we have to use them carefully and we can’t forget about the world around us.

Let me tell you some advantages and disadvantages of this occurrence. Let me tell you what are the advantages and disadvantages of doing shopping this way.
Firstly, doing online shopping is faster than doing it the conventional way. You can buy whatever you want without leaving your house. Thanks to this, you can do two things at the same time. For example cooking dinner and doing shopping. All you need to do this is just the Internet and a computer, smartphone or something like that.
What's more, you can buy stuff which is not available in your region such as some exotic tea, american sweets, italian clothes and much more.
Two of the biggets adventages are that you can return the product, which you bought if you don’t like something about it, and if you make a purchase you can pay for it when it arrives, and not beforehand which makes it safer.
Of course online shopping has some disadvantages too. On the Internet there is a lot of fake auctions. Frauders add photos of an item to an online shop and sell it to you. You pay for this and wait for delivery but it will never came to you. Once you pay for it you wait for the delivery but the ordered item never comes to you. You have been frauded !
Second disadvantage is that when you buy clothes online you can't fit them and it’s something that can be very annoying.
All in all I think that online shopping is a fantastic thing that helps a lot of people when they don't have time for shopping, or they can't do it, or they are just lazy. But we all have to remember to be careful because frauders are everywhere, on the internet too.

In the life of every teenager there comes a time when they become adults. But you know, in your early adult life you usually still live with your parents. How is it? I think I can tell you some advantages and disadvantages of this because I am a young adult and I am still living with my parents.
First of all it is MUCH cheaper than living alone. Parents pay bills, pay for food and take care of the house. I don't have to worry about what I will eat tommorow or how I will pay for the water facture. I don't have to pay for anything in the house.
Second advantage is that parents (especially mom) do more hosework than me. Laundry ? My mom operates it. Dinner ? I make it only sometimes but usually it’s parents who cook. What's more, when something is broken I can chill out because it’s not on my shoulders. Obviously I help them and I think that everybody should help their parents.
Ok now it’s time to show some disadvantages.
Firstly, parents can be really annoying. For example imagine that you are watching your favorite TV series, it's a crucial moment and sudenly you hear your mom's voice: "Heeey come help me". Of course you tell her that you will help and you ask her to give you only 5 minutes but no, you must do it right now.
Secondly, in most houses there are rules and you must follow them. Sometimes the rules are unreasonable and you can disagree with them but really often you can hear something like: "Until you live under my roof you must follow my rules". And you know that you can't do anything.
To sum up, according to me living with parents while being an adult is cheaper and less stresfull than living on your own account.but it's much worse. Maybe you don't have to worry about daily needs but you have to play by your mom’s and dad’s rules. You are also in bad psychical condition.

School uniforms are really rare thing in polish schools. But there are some school in Poland which are using it. In US it's much more popular occurrence than in our country. In my opinion there are more disadvantages than advantages of wearing uniforms in school.
First of all, teenagers have their own style. In this age it's really important. A lot of them express themself in way of wearing this types of clothes or another one. People shouldn't to order wear uniforms or "special school" clothes cus students can feel uncomfortable.
Secondly it's just boring. Imagine that everyone in school look just like you. Isn't it frustrating ? According to me it is. Students can't be original bcs of this occurrence but I'm sure they want. I know what I'm talking about because I am student too.
Of course in people opinion, wearing school uniforms have adventages too.
People say that when you are wearing a uniform in school, you are on "the same level" like the others students. Everyone is equal. If someone is poor, peaople think that when you wear a uniform teenagers won't see it. But ir's nosense. It's not easy to keep it in secret. What's more a lot of adults say that if you are in bad financial situation guys in school won't be rude bcs they won't see it. That's another nosense ! In my opinion if someone is well-bred he won't be rude or stuff like that. It looks different when someone is just a boor or bad-bred.
Summarizing all these aspects I think that's a bad habbit to order students wear a uniforms or stuffs like that. Everyone should have right to express themself. We've got XXI century so please, don't go back to middle ages...

Nowadays schools demands from students more and more knowledge. These institutions gives more homeworks, do more tests and are more rigorous.
But is it good ? Let's think about it.
Firstly, because of this occurrence nowadays teenagers will be really smart. In the future our country might have an appreciated scientists or maybe polish guy will invent a cancer cure. What's more well educated youth will find job easier because emplyers are looking for smart people.
School with high level has a disadvantages too. What's the most important, when you are forced to do something you automatically don't wanna do this. Schools which gives too much homeworks or are too demanding, discourage students to learning. Furethemore because of too big pressure can have serious dieseases like:
social anxiety, low self esteem or even depression. Thirdly students need free time too ! Teachers schouldn't take it from them. We - stundets don't want to only learning.
From my point of view teachers must remebmer that students are people just like they. School schould learn youth and explain them why knoweledge is so important in these days. Studying doesn't have to be boring. There is a lot of methods to teach in interesting way.

Have you ever wanted to be famous ? You have dreamed about red carpet and paparazzi which are taking a picuters of you ? I think that everyone have thought about it at least once. People are sure that life like this is perfect but celebrity life has disadvantages too.
Firstly, recognizable people have a really big problem with private life. Paparazzies follow them everywhere ! They don't care about your feelings or what society will tell. All they want is money for good and rare photo of you.
Secondly, people know almost everything about you. Tabloits often write a fake stories or make a fake headlines to get attention of readers. When you have a car
accident - they know it. You were little drunk at the party ? They know it too. You have cheated your wife and now you are single because she knows about it thanks to them.
Of course be a famous person have also advantages. Usually you have crowd of fans, a lot of free products for recomending them and interesting life. For example, you have a deal with "Nike" so you will be getting every new item from them. All you need to do is just add a photo on which you are in their jacket and write something nice. What is more, great names earn much more money than ordiary bread eater. Even doctors or lawyers earn worse than you. Big name = big money.
In my opinion it is hard to become famous and person who want to be like that, has to know about all disadvantages because otherwise he can be dissapointed.

Nowadays more and more people use a ready-made meals insted of make a dinner at the home. In the supermarket you have full of choices what type of food you wanna eat.
I will try to show you some advantages and disadvantages of it.
Firstly, ready-made meals are much easier to do than to make a dinner from beginning.
Usually you buy a frozen pizza for example and put it into your cooker for 10 minutes. That is all what you have to do. After this time, your dinner is ready.
Secondly, food from supermarket has so much longer consumption date. For example you buy a soup in can in January and you can eat it in December.
But junk food has also a few disadvantages. First of them is that normal dinner, made in our home is much cheaper than market food. Let's say that pizza which is ready to eat coast 15 zlotych, ONE pizza. For this price we could make a three same pizzas. We often pay for this that meal is ready and easy to make.
What's more ready-made meals are very unhealthy and harmful. They include ingredients which might lead to even cancer !
So to summarizing I think that maybe ready-made meals are faster, easier and also really taste we should have a knowlege about risk which the lead to.

Plastic surgeries are more and more popular in these days. Every women would like to be beautiful. Ladies can make batter whatever they want: boobs, lips, nose and much more. But is it good ? Society is divided, half of them says that it is exist to use it, another half that after surgery women is not natural and they do not want to accept this fact. Have you ever thought about advantages and disadvantages of this ?
Firstly, plastic surgeries make you more atractive. If you have any complexes you are able to correct them and don't be ashamed them anymore. Nowadays it is really important to feel comfortable in your own body and to accept yourself. But sometimes people have such a big complexes that they don't let them to be happy.
Secondly, some people suffer from scars after car accident or something like this. Sometimes people like this have a crooked nose, scars on body or even deformed face. Thanks nowdays medicne we can delete it forever. In these situations, plastic surgeries are recomendated.
There is some disadvantages also like "beeing fake". People especially women do plastic surgeries not because they have a complexes but because they want to be perfect and have the most beautiful body. Going this way they forget about the most important values like beeing nice, helpful and have a good heart.
What's more a lot of women when they start an adventure with surgeries, they are become addicted from them. Really often ladies forget about limits, and do more and more new operations all the time. There comes a time when they look really bad and discusting but this women can't see that.
To sum up I think that everything is for us but we can't forget about a limits and should use this favours reasonable.

A lot of kids would like to grow up as fast as it possible. They think that adult life is so amazing, and adults can do everything they want. Nothing more wrong.
First of all, kids have much more free time than adults. When you are a kid you probably have a stressless life. You can watch TV whenever you want, you may not do your homework, obviously you will get a bad mark but that is all. You do not have to worry about bills, food etc. Your parents care about it. Secondly, kids have their whole life ahead of them in contrast to adults who cannot go back to theirs childhood years.
Like everything, being kid have disadvantages too. First of them is that you can't have a driving license. For someone that is trifle but not for me. When you have a permissions to drive a car life is easier. For example if you live at the edge of town you are able to get to the town in few minutes.
What is more, when you are a kid and you will do something bad, against law you won't pay for it, your parents will. Police can't give you a ticket, place you into jail etc.
In my opinion childhood has advantages and disadvantages like everything but beeing kid is much easier and stressless than adult life so kids, you shouldn't want to be adult because when you will, you will start regretting it.
