How fit are you? What do you do to keep fit?
To be honest, I do a little to keep fit.
Usually I play a basketball or football with my friends outside. I'm also tennis player, but without a trainings and some exercises in the home, I do nothing to keep fit.

Do you find it easy to get into shape?

I think with the hard work, you can get into whatever shape do you want. Of course, you have to renounce something like a eating fast food or eating sweets. But to do giant thing you need a 100 precent of involvement.

Have you ever twisted your ankle/broken your leg? How did it happened?

Yes, I broke my arm like 2 years ago. It was a funny story with a unpleasant end. It was summer. I was riding with my sister and cousin and I tried to jump on a curb. And I fell off the bike and i broke my arm. It was interesting that my arm don't hurt my.

Do you think it's a good idea to build up your muscles?

Yes, I think it can be a good idea. But I'm kind of lazy, and I think a couple 2 weeks and I will stop my exercise. It's sad.

1. I’m quite a fit person. I could eat about 8 sandwiches a day and I am still as fit as I was. I don’t do much to be fit. Sometimes I go for a walk.
2. I usually don’t get out of breath. Sometimes when I’m running I suddenly stop to catch my breath. However, it doesn’t happen a lot. Why? I don’t usually run.
3. For me it is a good idea to build up muscles. I would really like to try building up, but I can’t. I don’t have time to do it. Or maybe I am just too lazy to do it…
4. As I said I don’t need to get into shape. For some people it’s easy. But for others it could be harder. We don’t have any control over it.
5. I really like staying at home and doing nothing. When I am bored I usually play games. I also draw for fun. It really makes me happy.
6. I’ve never twisted or broke any part of my body. But I had a lot of other injuries. Once I was playing football and my friend shoot so hard that one of my toe’s bone moved on the other toe’s bone. It hurt for 5 days.

I try my best to stay in shape and to be honest I think I'm doing it. I go to soccer training 3 times a week. We run a lot on them and we do exercises. In addition, I sometimes go jogging.

Sometimes I feel breathless, depending on the exercises he does. Most of the time, I am short of breath during a long continuous run. I also miss it sometimes when I run short distances but at high speed. I rarely miss it when doing exercises in a place such as push-ups.

For me, building muscle is a good idea. Thanks to them, our body looks prettier and stronger. There are also many advantages, among other things, thanks to the muscles in the arm, we will be able to lift heavier things than normal. Unfortunately, the downside to building muscles is that you keep practicing them, because if you stop, they just disappeared.

It is not always easy to get into shape. If I come back after a short break, I am able to come back to it without much effort. But if the break lasts for more or less a few months, it is much harder for me to get back into the form I was in. The best solution is to constantly exercise, even at home you can do some exercise and run in place.

In my opinion, the world would be good when everyone was kind and helpful to everyone. There would be no quarrels, no fights. Everyone would be on the same financial level. There would be no envy towards another human being.

Fortunately, nothing like this has ever happened to me. I manage to avoid them, but there are times when something could happen to me. For example, a few years ago when I was at a soccer camp, I stretched my Achilles heel. Fortunately, the pain passed me after a few days.

HOW FIT ARE YOU? WHAT DO YOU DO TO GET/KEEP FIT?
I am not a very fit person, but I try my best to get some exercise and movement. To keep fit I go to physiotherapy once a week and go nordic walking every weekend. At the physiotherapy I do mostly exercises for my spine, because of my scoliosis. When I do nordic walking I always walk around a small pond.
DO YOU OFTEN GET OUT OF BREATH? WHEN?
I sometimes get out of breath. It mostly happens when I quickly go up a bigger set of steps. It also happens when I need to run a longer distance. I lose my breath only for a short time and it goes back to regular rather quickly.
DO YOU THINK IT’S A GOOD IDEA TO BUILD UP YOUR MUSCLES?
For now, I have no intention of doing so. I do not really take interest in building up my muscles, because I find the whole process tiring and a little bit boring. My opinion may change someday, but currently I don’t plan on taking it up. I prefer to stay lean and fit rather than muscular.
DO YOU FIND IT EASY TO GET INTO SHAPE?
I do not really find getting into shape easy. I spend most of my time sitting, without any extensive movement. Because of that, I am not used to heavy exercises and a lot of training. Getting into shape requires much time and effort, that I, for now, don’t have much to spend.
CAN YOU THINK OF SOMETHING THAT DOES YOU A WORLD OF GOOD?
I think nordic walking does me a lot of good. It creates a great opportunity to get some fresh air and enjoy surrounding landscapes, while doing something good for my health. Nordic walking is a great workout for shoulders, arms, legs and core. It also engages 80%-90% of our muscles when doing it, so it is more efficient than walking without poles.
HAVE YOU EVER TWISTED YOUR ANKLE/BROKEN YOUR LEG/…? HOW DID IT HAPPEN?
I have never twisted any ankle or broken any bones. I did though, crack my ribs when training judo a long time ago. We were practicing one-arm shoulder throws when a person I was training with fell on my chest. Fortunately, I cracked only one or two of them.

1.So, I am not as fit as I want to be, but I think it’s not so bad. I am trying to keep fit but sometimes I don’t have much time to do a workout. Also, twice a week, usually on Mondays and Thursdays I go to the gym for a 1h run. I hope I will get more motivated and soon my physical condition will be better!

I sometimes get out of breath. When I do a big workout or run a long distance I get out of breath. In the past it happened less often.

Do you think it’s a good idea to build up your muscles?
I don’t think it’s a good idea. I don’t need to build up my muscles. Of course I’d like to be fit and healthy, but I don’t want to build up my muscles. In my opinion muscular womens don’t look good.

Do you find it easy to get into shape?

1. Honestly, I think I’m not the most muscular person I know, but I would say I’m pretty fit. To get fit I mostly try to exercise regularly. I joined yoga classes two years ago and since then I practice it twice a week. I ride a bike and swim too.

2. I don’t get out of breath very often. I wouldn’t say it never happens to me, because I definitely get out of breath while running. I obviously get out of breath during very intense exercises as well. I don’t think, I lose my breath a lot, but I’m only a human so I sometimes feel a little breathless.

3. Well, in my opinion everyone should feel good in their own bodies. If someone wants to be muscular then it isn’t a bad idea to build up their muscles. I personally would not want to be very muscular. I think that being in shape works for me, but having big muscles don’t.

4. I think getting in shape is not easy. It requires many sacrifices, like not eating sweets or junk food. It needs a lot of work and patience to be fit. You really have to be stubborn to get in shape.

5. Something that does me a world of good is probably spending time with my friends and family. I think that getting out with friends is the best thing ever. I also love playing board games and watching films with my family. I wouldn’t exchange it for anything in the world.

6. I think that’s pretty weird, but I’ve never broken or twisted anything in my entire life. I have never had that kind of accident. I think I must be very lucky, because a lot of people have had injuries like that. Well, I haven’t and I’m happy about that.

1. How fit are you? What do you do to get/keep fit?
I think I’m not very fit at the moment. I was definitely more fit before second covid quarantine. Now I’m not exercising a lot. But fortunately I have one horse riding lesson every week and sometimes I’m doing exercises on my own in my home.

2. Do you often get out off breath? When?
No, in my opinion I rarely get out off breath. But It sometimes happens when I do long distance runs or when I have very exhausting workouts with difficult exercises.

3. Do you think it’s a good idea to build up your muscles?
I think it’s a good idea, but I wouldn’t like to build muscles everywhere. I only would like to build up muscles in my legs and my belly. I think a very muscular body doesn’t look femininely.

4. Do you find it easy to get into shape?
I think it’s not as easy as it looks. In my opinion we have to put in it a lot of work. If we want to have a muscles, we have to lift weights and do a lot of exercises on the rowing machine or athletics track.

5. Can you think of something that does you a world of good?
Something that does me a world of good is definitely a horse riding. I love working with these animals. Horses are so adorbale and friendly. When I work with them I feel free and I do what I love.

6. Have you ever twisted your ankle/broken your leg/…? How did it happen?
I’ve never twisted my ankle or broken my leg, but I’ve bruised my back so badly. It happened when I was at my first horse riding camp. When I was riding a horse, he got scared and I fell off him. It was terrible because I didn’t know what was happening. I also thought I broke my spine. Fortunately I only had bruises and my back hurt.
